I think all this back and forth bickering over news posts is pointless. Blue and Tennie, you both do great with keeping everyone up to date with news, especially for those of us that are lazy and find it too much of a hassle to browse around the football gossip sites
Whether the news is legitimate or not will always be up for debate no matter where it comes from. If someone doesn't like the goal.com tidbits they can pass by them, if someone doesn't like the translated versions from the Italian sites you are free to look over them as well.

Update: Reports earlier indicated Milan and Madrid have agreed on the transfer and now Huntelaar will be speaking with us regarding his contract.
It seems that has been done now his announcement will be made shortly. Its reported he'll be doing his medical by the end of this week

In the meantime, his agent Vincenzo D'Ippolito told Violanews.com : "Ledesma and I are upset. We have also tried to get a contract extension and Ledesma was open to the idea of staying at Lazio. .... There are no arguments with Lazio chairman Claudio Lotito. We have always been on good terms anyway. In fact, we decided not to use FIFA's article 17 even if we could have. Milan are planning to sign Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas, with Rossoneri club president Silvio Berlusconi having given the move the go-ahead.
According to Tuttosport, vice president Adriano Galliani has a pre-agreement in place with Berlusconi over the Spanish international, and Gunners coach Arsene Wenger has promised he will sell Fabregas to the Italian giants.
The report suggests Milan will offer Arsenal around €35 million for the midfielder. Fabregas will be tempted with a five-year deal worth €4m-per-season. Just weeks ago Berlusconi claimed he wanted players who were under 23-years-old, and Fabregas fits the bill.
A meeting that was scheduled for 12:00 CET today between Berlusconi, Galliani and Leonardo to discuss Fabregas has been cancelled. It has been rearranged for Wednesday.

Milan are planning to sign Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas, with Rossoneri club president Silvio Berlusconi having given the move the go-ahead.
According to Tuttosport, vice president Adriano Galliani has a pre-agreement in place with Berlusconi over the Spanish international, and Gunners coach Arsene Wenger has promised he will sell Fabregas to the Italian giants.
The report suggests Milan will offer Arsenal around €35 million for the midfielder. Fabregas will be tempted with a five-year deal worth €4m-per-season. Just weeks ago Berlusconi claimed he wanted players who were under 23-years-old, and Fabregas fits the bill.
A meeting that was scheduled for 12:00 CET today between Berlusconi, Galliani and Leonardo to discuss Fabregas has been cancelled. It has been rearranged for Wednesday.

It isn't that Fishdoll wouldn't LOVE to have Fabregas - he would - but the reports all follow back to the story in Tuttosport. Tuttosport is just not reliable for Milan-related stuff. So for now, Fishdoll's gonna say fins down on this rumor.

I'm just going to say that if fabregas is signed it will not be milan buying him but silvio. If we want fabregas silvio will have to buy him personally himself out of his own pocket. Our funds are for a striker and midfielder if pirlo goes.
