Just fyi, Gazzetta is running a snejder-to-cugini story.

Both papers have gotten in wrong before let's wait and see what happen, but if we really want Sneijder then we have first dibs, my only problem is the fact that we're most probably not interested in shelling out on another player rolleyes.gif

Its everywhere, he said he was going to stay in wolfsburg one more year and then milan. He made them insert a clause in his contract where he could be sold as early as january if wolfsburg didn't qualify for round of 16 in champions league.

If Milan will actually act upon this clause in a future transfer window is a different scenario on its own. sleep.gif

Marca now reporting the Sneijder and Huntelaar news saying that we could get Senijder on loan with option to buy at the end of the season and Huntelaar for 10m

Sounds too good to be true...
Tennie
Damir, do you know if there's a recission clause in Dzeko's new contract?

Milannews (lord knows where they got it from) are now saying that Chelsea's changed offer is $$$ + Bosingwa.

Excuse me? - What? - Where did you get this BS?
Please tell me you were just looking for a reaction dst.

Some Paper seems to be rather bored if this was in fact printed.
But if this is true - Milan's Management certainly have no respect for us fans anymore.
Because there is no chance in hell that we would sign Iniesta or Xavi, so clearly they are just calling names if that the case.

Hmm - Go figure... Who'd have thought someone could be this upset seeing 'Iniesta & Xavi' linked to there side dry.gif

'Iniesta & Xavi' hahahaha.

Chances for this to happen is ZERO to NONE loool.
I can't even be mad right now, that's how funny this news is to me.
What a summer for my team laugh2.gif laugh2.gif laugh2.gif laugh2.gif

I think they should change our name to : "Association Circus Milan"....Sorry I had to put it innocentsmily.gif

I just came up with it. But I don't believe you guys think this is bs and all the other stuff they come up and bombard us with is not! Come on now, we're been linked with every player that could possibly join us. They even say we're going to sign more than one player!! For ****s sake we're not willing to spend on one and we're after two now? In my view all this is 50% bs that journalists come up with and 50% Milan generated rumors to keep the fans thinking that we're actually going to sign someone.
TriniKing_CE
-50% + -50%

Damn - that leaves 0% sad.gif cry.gif

laugh.gif

But nah... okay, I get what you're saying and all
(kinda agree too - Its almost alsways Media BS speculation, and in recent years: Milan BS Lies as well [or as some of you are saying in this transfer window - smoke screens])

But the thing is - we've been linked with just so many now & we're currently in such a bad state - I just can't see it going left unattended to (this time it would be too much - compared to the past few years gone by in which we also found enough wasn't being done)

Think about it we're basicly the same declining side from recent yearsgone by minus 'key figures'
(...its obvious who these key figures are, its been said many times before - not going to bother stating them again)

It's actually a quote from the interview yesterday, trini. smile.gif It was something of an editorial from telelombardia, which is a Milan-based tv/radio/web station.
TriniKing_CE
Doesn't he realize that we would just prefer him to keep his mouth shut sometimes, rather than feeding us the same sh!t lines over and over?! (in an attempt to 'calm' the fans). FFS!

Telelombardia's editorial said something along the lines of 'surely he's the only one who still believes it these days'.

Its all logical if you look at it and when we sign our first player you will all begin to understand why we have waited so long.

Inter Agree Deal For Real Madrid's Wesley Sneijder - Report

Real Madrid have agreed a deal to transfer Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder to Italian side Inter, according to reports from Italy.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that an initial loan deal has been agreed between the two clubs, with the Spanish side receiving €4m, with the Serie A champions having an option to make the transfer permanent for a fee of €18m.

Sneijder’s future at the Bernabeu has been in doubt since the return of Florentino Perez and his array of new signings, and the player himself has expressed his displeasure at his clubs exuberant spending, forcing him further down the pecking order.

A number of European sides are thought to have been interested in the 25-year old, but it is thought that Jose Mourinho has swooped to land the former Ajax man.

Sneijder joined Real Madrid in 2007 for a fee of €27m, and helped Los Blancos retain their La Liga crown, but toiled last season as his side were overshadowed by Barcelona’s imperious treble-winning campaign.

It is believed that the player must now agree terms with Inter in order to conclude the deal, and the transfer could be concluded in the next few days.

relax its just speculation. We have first dibs to him if we want him. That is "if" we want him though.
Tennie
The gazzetta article also adds that Snejder has yet to agree to the deal and that because of the way he was tossed onto the transfer market, he might not be inclined to agree to what Real want (ie, same thing with the Huntelaar-to-Stuttgart non-deal).

Good, Good... I would much rather see us accquire some good players now than to see inter further strengthen theirs! dry.gif

Hernanes Dreams Of Playing For AC Milan - Agent

With AC Milan star Andrea Pirlo constantly being linked with a move to Chelsea, Sao Paulo midfielder Hernanes has been touted as a possible replacement.

However, the Brazilian's agent, Federico Pena, has stated that the Rossoneri have not made a move for his client.

"Officially, no representative of Milan has spoken to us, but Milan is a dream for him" he explained to Sky Sport on Sunday.

"His value can only be decided by Sao Paulo, but I think €13-14 million. Barcelona tried last year, however, at that time Sao Paulo had no intention of selling."

The player's representative also indicated that other Serie A sides have previously shown interest in the 24-year-old.

"There were also discussions about Juventus before they bought [Felipe] Melo and also from Inter."

I think this is our real target.
Tennie
Fishdoll is honestly not a huge fan of Snejder. That said, Fishdoll also doesn't want to see the cugini with a decent regista (they don't exactly have one now that Figo's gone).

Not sure if Milan are interested in him or not.

Yes there is clause 20 Mil €, and i know that Dzeko signed the first option Deal with Brada and Galliani so that's mean he can onlly come to Milan this year...

Nice. We better make use of this and follow up on it.
Especially if he continues to perform between now and January.

Basically as we draw ever closer to the transfer window i feel that early if not late this month _ hernanes will finally get his dream and realistically we will land huntelaar unless suprisingly something with the dzeko situation sends him packin for the san siro - hopefully damir can keep us updated _ our man in bosnia lol

pirlo will go the speculation is mounting and good riddance he hasnt performed like a great game since 2006

pirlo out hernanes in huntelaar in

If Pirlo goes we would need another midfielder imo. Too many defensive mids with only Seedorf being the main creative force as Hernanes is more box-to-box then he is a playmaker. So if Pirlo leaves we'd still be swimming in the same waters.

+100

As it currently stands, with Pirlo in the team we still need a more creative attack minded Mid.
Should we loose Pirlo (regardless of his current / recent form) we would need another MF.

true......like i said before it would not be bad if pirlo leaves i think this is the best thing for the team but only if we sign someone good

We can't rely on Seedorf, even more pushing him in a position that I'm sure he wouldn't want to play in.

Its time to face the music the old Milan #1 midfield in the world thing is over, Kaka is gone, Pirlo has gone with him, Seedorf is not starting material anymore and needs to take a back seat, Rino is not the all dominating midfielder he was either, age catches up to everybody and our management must face that. That was our diamond midfield from just 3 years ago, the midfield that people on general football forums dicussed at length whether it was the best in the world compared to that of Barca.

In all honesty from our current crop of midfielders only Flamini, Pirlo and Rino would make the cut for the first 11. We already needed another midfielder without concidering Pirlo leaving, but now that its looking more likely that he will leave, we would need 2 midfielders, someone to replace Seedorf, someone to replace Pirlo. And getting 2 midfielder when they even struggling to get the forward is something that I cannot see happening anytime soon.
TriniKing_CE
Looking out for the respect of the team and I end up one cookie less - how unjust!
But, I won't question it any further before I end up loosing more.

[I am yet to read the cookie distribution & reduction fine print]
