Your in dreamland son.

I want him to stay too but I highly doubt he will. I think as soon as we officially sign a player he will be sold. Right now is not very tactful to sell him. The fans will burn milan down.

But I think the deal with chelsea is already done if i'm honest with you. Just lacks an official.

We'll see, son. I won't believe it until I see it with my own eyes.
TriniKing_CE
I think another star player leaving without a reasonable replacement (or new addition) yet to arrive, considered beyond ridiculous.
I don't know if my heart can take this sh!t again!

Pirlo-less milan now too

Update: Bronzetti and braida are in Madrid to negotiate for Huntelaar while Galliani remains in wolfsburg to construct a deal for Dzeko.

It seems one way or another we will sign an attacker by next week. Also i must add that we are going straight in for hunty, no loan deal whatsoever. If dzeko collapses I think we'll sign huntelaar. Both deals are set to work around 15-25 M.

I won't. I've said this two times and I'll have to say it once more: if we can sell Kaka and survive, we can also sell Pirlo and survive. I don't think either are irreplaceable. in other words what worries me is not a Milan side without Pirlo or Kaka. whether we will replace them with the right players is my problem.
They think Thiago is Maldini's replacement! go figure who they might bring as replacements for Kaka and Pirlo (in case he leaves)....

Real Madrid Could Offer Negredo Or Huntelaar To Liverpool For Xabi Alonso - Report

but its from crap.com so I doubt it has any truth behind it. But it seems several layers of negotations are taking place. Madrid feel very pressured right now. They have to start selling players or they will have big financial problems on their hands. So our pressing for huntelaar is perfect timing.

I will point out that Tuttosport is a newspaper based in Turin and that it is rarely accurate in what it reports about Milan. (but usually very cheerful about EVERYTHING having to do with the Gobbi. basically it's their paper). So I don't think I'll get too concerned about Fester getting a group together to buy the club.

It's not Galliani's call anymore. But if this is true damn...we just got screwed. In one single season, they're ripped out the spine of the team. Way to go Silvio! rolleyes.gif

If that old rich womaniser doesn't see it in him to put up the cash wad, then I'm gonna join in on the sell wagon. For f@ck's sakes if rumours are true, Galliani is staging a coup. And Fester and Silvio have been friends even before I was alive!!

All that's on eurosport Italia is the repetition of 'that was my last derby' quote, which comes originally from corriere dello sport, a ROME based paper.

Ok i see the point here, B&G want to sell all the players that worth.
I think that B&G don't realise that Club belong to the Fans not to them and it will never be owned by any one, they are where they are coes we wanted it not them. Milan is not just the players and the Money, Milan is somthing u have to respect and Love. I see they lost bouth feeling about it so WTF they want me to jump happy and keap buying Shirts and prepaids to Milan Chanel. Well Milan will never lost me as a fan but B&G won't see a single fcking Euro from me while they are there...

THEY HAVE THE MONTH TO PROVE IM WRONG...
I know it nothing mean to them, but i think a lot of other fans will do the same...

Blog: Rossoneri revolting

Milan appear to be stumbling from one calamity to another, Dave Taylor believes it is a sad thing to watch such a great club slowly fall into decline

IWhat exactly is going on at Milan? First they check out half a dozen strikers and buy none. Then fans riot outside the training ground as criticism arrives from tifosi world wide about not spending the Kaka money. Then to finish it all off the club website was hacked.

Factor in some very poor pre-season results, including the midweek 4-1 whitewash by Bayern Munich and the club is looking far from healthy. Yet through all this chaos the powers that be claim everything is fine and dandy.

I certainly have to agree with Rino Gattuso and Coach Leonardo when they claim that that Milan are "missing something” in every area of the team. However, it seems we are at odds with Via Turati, which claims the club’s transfer policy is on track and if anything they just need a striker, which is a bit of a joke. Yes they certainly do need a centre forward but a defence of Oddo, Zambrotta, Jankulovski, Favalli and Kalac is just not good enough.

Yet these troubles are all by the by. The thing that should worry Milan fans is not how much money is or isn’t available for Leonardo, as disturbing as that is., but the fact that again their club will probably not be up to seriously challenging for the Scudetto. Certainly the way that Inter, Juve and Fiorentina, while not forgetting Napoli and maybe Genoa, are shaping up they might not even be challenging for second or third spot.

The last time they won the championship was in 2004 and the last two seasons have seen them finish fifth and fourth. But what is really disturbing is that if they do make the top four this term then that it will probably be seen as a successful campaign.

Obviously no-one can rule for ever but Italian football needs a strong Milan challenging for the title. And while Leonardo’s movement in the market are hindered by the various stances of Berlusconi and Vice-President Adriano Galliani, it appears that won’t be possible.

These differing views certainly do not help clear up the confusion for the Milan tifosi and they need to be told once and for all what is going on at the club. A side that won the Champions League two years ago and produced the fabulous football of Ruud Gullit, Marco Van Basten, George Weah et al are now forced to look at Manchester City rejects and suffer pranksters hitting at the heart of the club. Sadly it seems a once proud club are fast becoming a laughing stock

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I truly think that we are about to see the worst of Milan. With Pirlo now set to leave for Chelsea by next week, who knows what will be next.

In an interview published on mediaset, eurosport italia, milannews, etc etc, Christian Panucci said there was an agreement with Milan pretty much in place -- but then Silvio came out with his 'no more old players' thing and Milan backed out. So Panucci went to Parma.

i think he's gonna sell the club, u'll observe he's been cashing in our major players. let's for a moment pretend kaka's 67m sale was to balance the book bt what about gourcuff? we probabaly lost the next big thing for a mere 15m. is pirlo's imminent sale also to balance stuff?
to me there's nothing wrong with selling a player to madrid for 67m as long as i can buy another capable one for say15m. the problem in this case is he's buying nobody, i think the smoke screens we've been having are actually to cover up club sale negotiations to arabs or israeli
Jack Sparrow
But if he wants to cash out, why sell??
Protagonist
Where is this idea originating from? That Berlusconi will sell the club?

Some papers saying Galliani is arranging for a hostile takeover.

I would prefer Arabs over Israelis, for the simple reason they are individually rich and don't need to operate in consortiums. A consortium is asking for trouble. A single person usually implies relative stability. Esp. if he's rich enough.

He's gone boys. This time he really is leaving just like Kaka. When the bid was "supposidly" rejected earlier was only to make sure the fans would stay calm. First we need to sign someone then bye bye pirlo cry.gif

Whether its from tuttosport or not, Milan needs a new management, a new owner. I hope someone will come in and kick silvio out, enough is enough! How much more do we need to get humiliated until people finally wake up and realise that he will not spend a single euro on milan. How are we supposed to operate?

He won't take out a loan, he won't invest, he won't sell the club, he stops us from buying certain affordable players because he doesn't like them eventhought they can help, he puts in stupid policices and humilliates the image of milan everytime he runs his mouth.

Berlusconi's time has come, he needs to leave. I would rather have a new owner this season more than anything else. I'm sick and tired of all these little games they play. Either run Milan properly or admit you can't and sell the club. Why do we have to be trapped in this mess with no exit in fear that someone's reputation may be ruined.
dst
What do you mean goal.com is not permitted there? So if you post something from their site you get a warning or something? That's stupid and annoying. I don't get what's so wrong about that site anyway, they just report everything that is reported elsewhere...

It would be great if we signed Dzeko (not that I know too much about him but he's who Leonardo wants... ) though I'm MUCH more worried about our defense. I'd put the signing of two good, reliable full-backs ahead of anything else for sure.

QUOTE
Milan's Ignazio Abate has been linked with a loan move for next season, having spent last year with Torino in a co-ownership deal.

The 22-year-old's agent had suggested that the Giallorossi were the favourites to sign the flying winger, but he has now changed his tune and dismissed that possible move.

"Abate to Roma? There is nothing to say about it. I have never had any contact with anyone," Claudio Pasqualin revealed to calciomercatonews.com.

Stefano Guberti has been putting in some impressive performances during pre-season with Roma, which may have cooled the Lupi's interest in signing another winger - if indeed there was any initially.

Meanwhile, Abate has been involved in Milan's warm up matches and could find himself a part of the Rossoneri's first team plans next season if Leonardo chooses to pursue the idea of lowering the first team's average age.

no he cannot move. We need him! cry.gif

Yeah but all the sites do that, papers also twist a lot of the quotes that were said to make it more 'juicy' It's how the media works, if they don't print out a good headline that will catch the readers' attention then they won't sell, or in goal.com's case, don't get enough hits.

I think they do just what every other website does that is there on news, whether it be football or celebrity gossip

Half of the stuff that's reported on Channel4 is total bs too. I don't know of any sources that only report the truth. To delete someone's post because he/she posted something from goal.com is just wrong in my view.
