Dzeko is not our only option, there's Benzema we could look into, imagine him along side Pato. I think they would work very well. Concidering that is will be Dinho now who's going to flank the strikers I think we need fast strikers up there. I don't think it can get any faster then those 2.

A CB is an issue we connot avoid any longer. We've just lost Paolo, we don't know what will happen with Nesta. CB should be our first priority, ahead of the striker imo.

A midfielder. I can't help but think what our management were thinking when they chose to just let Yoann go without a fight. They knew that they were going to sell Kaka and even then they couldn't assure him of a starting position??!!! I mean what the hell??? So now we're rejecting one of the biggest talents in Europe so that Seedorf can play every week? And why didn't we ask Real for Sneijder or VdV (Sneijder being the first option)? Sneijder would finally make Seedorf sit on the bench and play in the attacking mid role if neccissary.

Another fullback is neccissary also, Zambro can play on either side, but Janku cannot be a starter anymore, he's simply not good enough

I don't agree that Thiago Silva should be Maldini's replacement. He's not good enough, atleast not yet anyway.

And it's not just replacing Maldini, but the bigger picture should be looked at here. Nesta is so injury prone that we have to concider him as a bonus rather then a regular team player so we should think about getting a top class center back along with Thiago Silva.

Are they actually saying that Milan will have a central defensive pairing consisting of Thiago Silva and Favalli with Nesta maybe making an appearance or 2? I watch a lot of Sampdoria games and Cassano is milan material. However, Cassano and R80 cannot play in the same team. Both tend to drift down the left wing. In terms of movement off the ball, I'd take Cassano over present R80. Heck, I'd sell R80 for even 10 million euros.

If he is going to stay, I hope he rediscovers his touch and maintains an athletic body.
