I think all this back and forth bickering over news posts is pointless. Blue and Tennie, you both do great with keeping everyone up to date with news, especially for those of us that are lazy and find it too much of a hassle to browse around the football gossip sites

Whether the news is legitimate or not will always be up for debate no matter where it comes from. If someone doesn't like the goal.com tidbits they can pass by them, if someone doesn't like the translated versions from the Italian sites you are free to look over them as well.

Lets not get into petty arguments over such things, I know everyone is frustrated with our club's transfer activities or lsck there of. But this is the transfer thread, BS is always going to come out, that's why its called the crazy season.

One other thing lets all respect the efforts of the other members, because no one here gets paid to translate Italian articales that most of us have difficuilty understanding and no one gets paid to keep us constantly up to date with the transfer rumours, from whichever site they might come from

For what it's worth (and I'm not sure how reliable it is) apparently Genoa are interested in buying Dida -- at least according to tuttomercatoweb.

Following a long summer of transfer turmoil for the Rossoneri faithful, it seems Milan could finally be set for some good news as they look to complete deals on two fronts in a bid to bring long term transfer target Luis Fabiano to the San Siro.

According to Corriere dello Sport, club patron Silvio Berlusconi has called a summit meeting with Adriano Galliani and Ernesto Bronzetti to discover the current status of both sets of negotiations.

With Andrea Pirlo on the brink of sealing his switch to Chelsea, it had been thought the Rossoneri could potentially offer Sevilla Claudio Pizarro in a cash-plus-player deal for the highly regarded Fabiano.

However, with recent reports suggesting the Spanish side have demanded only cash, it seems the Rossoneri are working overtime to try and produce the €20 million needed to bring the Brazilian to the San Siro.

I'd like to think it's BS, as they really have no need for him.
