Some of the players wont be happy that this kid is coming into the side, he's not going to get it easy in matches or in training rest assured of that, hopefully it will toughen him up a bit.

I think he's staying... and it's better that way, it's great for him just being next to and practicing with Kaka and Ronaldo!
He earns more this way than he would playing on loan in Brazil!

Because you can register new players until september 1, but Pato was still 17 y.o. So cuz of few day we need to wait until January.

Ha, that make sense, but see, I got this idea from FM07. Because you could buy a player at any time and he could play in the domestic league, but not Europe, until you register him. But I guess they are not awfully accurate.

Even in FM, if you buy buy a player after the close of a transfer window you must wait until the new window opens again and only then you can play him in the league. Here is the same just because of his age. It's like we only bought him today. It's the same in the game too.

Well, in FM07, I can approach to buy a player without a club and but him off-transfer season and he could play in my next domestic match. I just recently bought Enke after he was left without a club and he played in my next match during the season.

Of course. With players without a team it's different and you can add them whenever you want. It's like that in real life too. But Pato was bought.
