Well, this is nothing compared to the sad fact the "AC Milan" official website, does not provide its readers with the players' statistics anymore! until last season there used to be a 'Milan Minute By Minute' but for some weird reasons, they decided it's not needed

http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Primo_Piano/...2/04/Pato.shtmlHere's the article in Gazzetta. Apparently it was an amicable split. The main reason seems to be that Sthefany is still working in Brazil. Long distance relationships are hard.

Hopefully it doesn't affect his performances.
But to be honest, it's good he doesn't that hand shaped heart celebration anymore.

====
So... 22 Serie A games, 10 goals. certainly not bad bad at all. but if we look at the minutes he's played, his record is even more impressive.
So far he has played 1328 minutes [~15 full games] and scored 10 goals. it's a 0.66 goal per game ratio. I have to say, phenomenal for such a young striker.
Anyway, I wish he'd found his form right from the start of the season; I can imagine in that case he would have been at the top of the goalscorers chart now.

Not in the 1st half, but in the 2nd half he was really good.
Call me a fanboy, but I can see him finishing as Serie A's best goalscorer next season. he has found consistency, all he once lacked.

I think he did very well in both halves maybe even better in the second yeah.
If I call you a fanboy for saying that you can call me an idiot. I think, not taking penalties into account he might finish first this season too.

I agree, Pato was more dangerous when Pippo entered the field. He needs a partner too make it harder for the defenders to mark Pato. if he's alone up there it's easier for the defenders.

Problem is, we can't play with 2 strikers anymore. when Dinho came it became difficult to play 4-3-1-2. now Becks' addition has made it impossible. I see it very unlikely that Carlo's going to throw Pato on bench now after he showed what he's really capable of in the past few months... so how are we going to partner Pato with a 'big guy' when we have to worry about keeping Pirlo, Kaka, Seedorf, Gattuso, Beckham and Ronaldinho [not to mention Ambro and Flamini] happy?!

Gattuso Ambrosini Emerson Flamini
Becks Pirlo ??
Kaka Seedorf
Ronaldinho
The problem is obvious, we need two more midfielders, one that can play on the left and another one that can play goalkeeper.

The only thing about Pato that bothers me is his heart-shaped hand celebration.

I hope he stops doing that when he scores, and does something more passionate... a Pippo-like celebration [with a little less exaggeration] would be very nice!

I am just generally bored by the current crop of player celebrations after goals. The yellow card for shirt-taking-offery has really dealt a blow to the creativity of the game.

Pato Frustrated By Scoring 'Useless' Goals For Milan
Perhaps the only positive thing about Milan's season so far has been the form of young striker Alexandre Pato, who seems destined for great things if his recent displays are anything to go by. At just 19 years of age, he is scoring goals left and right in Serie A, one of the toughest leagues in the world.
Yesterday against Sampdoria, he scored his 15th goal in all competitions for the Rossoneri this season, but once again it wasn't enough to bring them victory as their dire form continued.
"My goals aren't much use, we aren't winning, and this is what bothers me," he told the press today. "Too bad, I've already scored 15 goals this season, but many of them have been useless. To get out of this crisis we have to work hard. I am sure Milan will get out of this, and qualify for the next Champions League.
"In the first half I was too alone up front, then in the second half with [Filippo] Inzaghi's entrance it went better."
Sampdoria gained a 2-0 lead early in the second half, thanks to goals by Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini, so Pato's 80th minute header turned out to be a mere consolation goal.
Following that defeat Milan are still in third place with 48 points, but fourth-placed Fiorentina are just two points below so Carlo Ancelotti's side will have to watch their backs to maintain their position until the end of the season.
Poor pato...

I completely disagree! if there's one league Pato can play up to his true potential, it's La Liga. Serie A is more defensive and man-marking in it is just crazy, not to mention that its defenders are head and shoulders above La Liga defenders.
A perfect example of this would be...drum roll...Oliveira. His suckitude in Milan is already the stuff of legends, but it was a complete 180 when he returned to Spain and became a goalscoring machine.
La Liga is a goalscorer's wet dream, something Serie A definitely is not.
