Galliani announces budgetMilan vice-president Adriano Galliani has outlined the club's transfer scenario for the summer following Friday's annunal general meeting with the shareholders.
The club announced a 38 per cent increase in profits for 2009 compared to 2008. Earnings for the year up to December 2009 were €327.6 million compared to 2008 results of €237.9m.
It seems Kaka's sale to Real Madrid last year has also curbed debts, down 85 per cent on 2008. Milan confirmed the current debt stands at €9.8m compared to the previous results of €66.8m
With results in the briefcase, Galliani explained there would be no major sales from the club and, with that, no major arrivals as transfer allowances are docked.
"We will not be selling any stars. Certainly not [Alexandre] Pato, certainly not Thiago Silva, Certainly not Ronaldinho, [Klaas-Jan] Huntelaar and [Marco] Borriello," he told the press.
"Silvio Berlusconi loves Milan, but he will not spend €810m in five years like Inter did."

This has been probably posted before and I haven't been on in recent days so i'm gonna I'm gonna out line some things for people:
-We have increased our revenue by quite a considerable margin. No doubt this is due to the improvement in results this year and the jersey sales of beckham/ronaldinho/pato etc etc. Furthermore, we have cut some huge wage bills. Kaka's being 9m and carlo's being 4 million. Also the sale of Kaka and gourcuff have also increased this.
Currently we have a debt of 10m, which is okay it is at the fluctuating point. Most clubs fluctuate between 0 to 20m debt. Anymore and we'll have trouble.

Its good news that Galliani has declared no big sales. For those worried about Pato, relax. There is no way we'll sell him. He's here for at least 3 more years.
Furthermore, I'm glad to see Huntelaar staying. Next year he'll be a force to be reckoned with. I would have liked to see Dzeko come here but not at 40m. Borri and Hunt are decent and we should be satisfied with that in the striker department considering if we want anything better it'll cost us an arm and a leg.

So lets look at our market:
Out:
Inzaghi, Dida, Roma, favalli are all out of contract come this summer. The only one I see getting a renewal is Roma but that is still at a low chance.
That is approx about 10m off our wage bill.
Kaladze will either be sold or have his contract rescinded. Thats another 4m off our wage bill. Jankulovski will most likely see the door as well and that is another 2m off our wage bill. Oddo is a possiblity but I think he'll stay here. He would be 3m off if he were to go.
Zigoni-->loan
Paloschi-->co-own
Strasser--> loan or could go to first team. I think loan is 90% likely.
other youth--> loan/co-own
--------
Renewals:
Ronaldinho-->2013. Wage bill will drop from 8m-->6m.

In:
We realistically have 25 m to spend (15 m from sponsor, 10m from friendlies). So these are the moves that will most likely happen:
GK: We will bring back storari. If he doesn't return (we'll get 3-5M for him and) we will sign a goalkeeper for cheap similar to roma and/or re-sign roma. Abbiati/gk will fight for first string.
DF: Albertazzi will be promoted to the first team. Astori will be also brought back for (1 or 2M) from cagliari. Yepes will be signed on a free.
MF: Mancini will be signed (3.5m). Hernanes will be signed for 12-15 M. Ronaldinho will get his extention. Verdi will be promoted to the first team.
FW: Huntelaar and Borriello will stay. There is a chance we'll sign another foreward as inzaghi will see the door. That could be trezeguet (free) or another veteran striker.
The remainder will be put to signing another set of youth.

Team:
GK: Abbiatti/Storari or gk/ roma or gk
DF: Nesta, silva, bonera, onyewu, albertazzi, astori, Abate, Antonini, Oddo(could be gone), Zambrotta, yepes
