I think it would work like any wage an employee earns. You agree a term with your employes, but the government take a percentage out of that.
The numbers you posted imo are completely unrealistic. So you're saying that we technically pay Kaladze 8m every year?

Given that nobody's published - anywhere - how the wage and payment structure works, my guess at it would be just as much fantasy as yours. Only thing is, I actually understand how financial structures work. If you want to continue to feel your guesses based on your completely unfounded supposition that the club pays the players' income taxes are valid, feel free to do so. but you haven't provided a source for that little bit of wisdom. not one. The leaders of Barca and Milan addressed the operation at the offices of the Camp Nou in a meeting that lasted for four hours, and the final leg of which is incorporated by the player.
The agreement, according to some unofficial sources, would stipulate that Ibrahimovic played his first season on loan at the club 'Rossoneri', and after this first year, the entity transalpina would have to sign him. The transfer is expected to close by about 25 million euros. An amount paid to the Barça Milan next summer. The striker signed for four seasons, at a rate of eight million euros for each one of them.
The 'summit' by Ibrahimovic began on Saturday at 16:30 pm and lasted until after 20:30. The delegation was led by Barca president Sandro Rosell, sports vice president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and the director of football, Raul SanllehĂ, that of Milan, for his vice president, Adriano Galliani. And next to them was the player's agent, Mino Raiola.
Ibra, ironically: "I come to sign a new contract with Barca"
Ibrahimovic joined the meeting past 19:30 pm, when the leaders of both clubs and Raiola and took more than three hours of negotiations.
The Swede was presented at the offices of Barca looking relaxed. Dressed in shorts and white camsiseta, 'Ibra' even managed to joke when reporters asked him about his situation. "I come to sign a new contract with Barca," he quipped.
Ibrahimovic travel to Milan on Sunday and would be presented at 20:30 pm.

There is nothing that requires sources.
I sated that players like Ronaldinho earn a wage of 16m from the club in order to be able to make the actual 8m wage they've been signed on because the crazy tax system in Italy takes 48% of their wage away.
