But under 20, don't they play in U21 instead or are they just to good ?
They play u21 unless they are good enough for the normal NT... because that one matters the most

Got to be for the US. I seem to recall seeing an 18 year old already this World Cup.
And wasn't Messi under 20 last WC?

Jun 27 2010, 12:44 AM
Yes, but did he play?
Bojan could but Spain got enough players and how many more do they need if they have David Villa Torres Fabregras ...
But If he play for his birth country, Serbia, I think he would have played.

Samira, I think you will find that Bojan was in fact born in Spain (or Catalonia if you want to get picky). His parents are from Serbia, but they left Serbia well before Bojan was born.

As in starting the game? (So those were subbed in don't count?)
Christian Eriksen is the youngest player of this World Cup. Though he was at most subbed in I think.
they said starter, and they didn't mention anything about it being a US only thing.

For older people maybe, but it's grown into a football thing. I also don't think it would be seeing as we won those wars, so why would we be bitter about that?
Euro 96 and WC 98 were the first tournements I watched, so it's more that for me personally.

Bias? really? Come on man. The linesman was out of place, he couldn't see it to call it. The benefit of the doub twill always go to the defense there. Instant replay would act as the eyes for these guys and make the game fair. Which at the end of the day is all anyone wants, a fair game.

Let's not go over board, teams have been screwed over in this competition, non of them with the name England, it was shocking that he didn't see that, but it's the way it is.
This is what habitant said when he said you wouldn't be so objective had the same thing that happened to Italy happened to England.

Theres a huge difference, Han. Italys were debatable, this was black and White.
Anyways, need much better now England, were far better than these, run at them, keep fighting.

Even so, the point of it was that we're always objective as long as it's not our team that's been screwed over. England were cheated out of a goal I agree, but to go as far as saying that FIFA are just out to get England is ridiculous imo.

Capello's logic:
v USA - Milner on, 1-0
v USA - Milner off, 0-1
v Algeria - Milner off, 0-0
v Slovenia - Milner on, 1-0
v Officials - Milner on, 2-2
v Officials - Milner off, 0-2
