The Serie A/B calender will de draw today at 17:30 Italian time. As Tennie said in a previous post whoeve has Rai Due will be able to watch it live.
Hopefully we won't get any tough fixtures from the very beginning, I would like to see us building some sort of momentum before we face any of the bigger clubs
I'm sure those 'big clubs' feel the exact same way about us

Of course, no one wants to face tough opposition at the very beginning. But since there are no seeds in the draw the season we might start off with Inter and then Juve.
I would just prefer if we faced those teams once we have some sort of momentum going into those matches

Hopefully we'll win all the games leading up to the derby, Lazio will be the tricky one but we need to get that momentum going before we face Inter.
The last 4 matches on the calender will be the toughest time we'll face an if any UEFA Cup games com up during that time we'll probably sacrifice those in order to have a fit squad for that entire month

our problem in recent years is we have a bad habit of dropping points in our first games. we really need to win 3 of our first 4 games to get on a roll early.
i'd say our schedule should allow us to do so.

Just did a quick comparison of Serie A and UEFA (CL and Cup) dates and the only one that seems to really impact Milan close to a Big Game is UEFA Cup matchdate 5 that falls on 17 or 18 December. That falls between the Milan league games with the Zebras and Udine respectively (the Zebras will play CL Matchday 6 4 days before their game with Milan).

That is one hell of a finish to the season, this should go right to the end.
P.S. Does anybody know why the league season seems to be finishing so late? It's nearly June by the time it's over, the EPL finishes much later than usual too, but I'm not sure why.

I actually prefer it this way. Have easier opponents in the beginning, and if we're worth it we'll win them. Towards the end in important matches we'll have an idea of what we need to do (win or draw). Much unlike last season when we were in the run for the 4th place and we lost to Napoli away (a comparatively smaller team) towards the end of the calendar, even though we won from the merda.

Sure did spoil that win from me when it became clear we'll end up fifth.
