I was just going by Forbes, Roman is worth more than Silvio.
It really doesn't matter though, it's not like they're going to go into a multi-billion bidding war over a player.
Oh ok .. fair enough .. And no it wont reach a billion, it wont go more than 70M for a transfer fee IMO .. After all it's the player who decides in the end.

But his elegant teeth and soft face,...
Anyway, one must be crazy to join Chelsea, especially after Moe's gone. I don't give a damn about Ten Cate. As Gullit said, he made a real strange move, a move backwards...

Agreed. Since Roman nor Silvio is going to go bankrupt to sign a player, the player in question will have to decide. I think Pato is the best example of how that will end. Milan, every time.

There u go. Plus, Gourcuff chose Milan ahead of Arsenal, United and Chelsea .. In Arsenal he would have been played more seeing as he is both young and French

But he chose Milan and said that he knows his choice means he wont play as much as he would had he chosen other options. Who wouldn't want to play for Milan

Milan for new ‘Dinho bid?
With Ronaldinho reportedly unsettled at Barcelona, Milan are reconsidering a January bid, according to Italian Press reports.
The Rossoneri had been tipped to lure the Brazilian wizard in the New Year after continuous rumours after a summer move proved impossible.
However, Barca chief Joan Laporta has always asserted that the Selecao star is not for sale at any price.
But Ronaldinho is eyeing the exit door at the Nou Camp after a row with the club, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The FIFA World Player of the Year for 2004 and 2005 was late to return to Barca duty after playing for Brazil against Ecuador and was dropped for their clash against Villarreal.
Ronaldinho has failed to live up to his very high standards so far this term and it is believed that Laporta may accept a bid of around £45m in the transfer window.
While Milan have made it clear that they would love to add the 27-year-old to their ranks, they may face some stiff competition.
Chelsea have declared their interest and may prove to have deeper pockets should a bidding war start.

I hope Roman gets in Silvio's way and signs Ronaldinho for Chelsea cause this guy is finished in my book. he has been playing awful since the start of the 2006 WC. I saw him in Rangers-Barca game (and many other games in this season and last season) and he was disappointing most times. there's no guarantee he can do any better here since Serie A is much harder to play for this kind of players than La Liga. and why should we misspend such money when we see how miserable our players are in many positions (CB,FW,GK and now LB,RB)?! it's stupidity.

I can't see Laporta keeping Ronaldinho in his team for another season and I think he
can be sold even in the January transfer window!

I don't think so. there's more possibility of him signing for Chelsea simply because they can offer more $$ than Milan.
Real Madrid could be an option for him, too! of course in case he's not treated well enough in his last months as a Barca player

France Football says Ronaldinho can be a Milan player in January - 70M/euros. It would be the biggest transfer in history.
Chelsea and Milan are after him with basically the same numbers on the table, so he'd prefer Milan to the London-based club because of the brazillian link.

IMO, he wants to leave Barca. A friend of mine, who actually is a Barca fan "thinks" R10 wants out, rather than him being useless to them ... Of course with the talent and experience that R10 has, only a fool would believe that he still doesn't possess the magic .. It's just a matter of him not being motivated anymore for Barca. He has won everything there is to win
for Barca (as he was the whole team back then!) and is looking for something better.
That might be $$$ or the fact that a BIG club appeals to him (i.e. Milan) ... In both cases, I am of the opinion that he will leave them.
His transfer to Milan ? I don't even want to go into the discussion anymore, I still think he is the best in the world when he is at 100%, that I have no doubt about.
I mean, with his form like this, I'm sure the Barca crowd would start considering to cash in on him, especially with the vast array of talent that they have now ... And Laporta wouldn't have to leave Barca if he was to sell him

I'd definitely have him at Milan - unless that meant that no defensive re-enforcements could be made in the same window (which I doubt).
He's still one of the best in the world, and a Kaka-Pato-'Dinho trio could be frightening.

Nov 28 2007, 02:15 PM
No, he's not worth 70mil now, because he's the same player he was two years ago. Whether he's not motivated at Barca, or football is not his first priority anymore or some other reason, we don't really know... it's all speculations. Without knowing thereal reason it's a big risk , and let's see if Milan still want him as bad as before (I'm not sure about that). If we need a project we can take Adriano after the rehab
