I don't see why Ronaldinho would want to come except working with Kaka and Cafu.

He's an attacking style player who prefers attacking soccer. Thats why so many Brazilians and Argentinians are in Spain because it works for them. Milan and Italy are more defensive in nature.

Plus he'll be trading up working with a first class offense for a struggling one. He has Etoo, Gudj, Deco, Xavi, Messi and others that he can work with. Barcelona is all about attacking soccer and has a young, motivated team.

Many say they are struggling but its like they lost to Madrid in Madrid and Chelsea in London. They played two of the top teams in the world.

He would be great for our team. Its a dream transfer. But will he work in Italy? I can't say and for 90 million euros its questionable whether its worth the risk. So far our management is living on another planet.

This is all just the regular speculation garbage in the fast media.

Silvio through the years has wanted Henry, Viera, and others but they didn't come.

I think if you ask anyone they would say they would love to play for Milan.

can't see silvio spending that sought of money to be honest iknow i'm going to get slated for this but i'm gonna say it anyway i don't really want him. i know what a great player he is etc etc, but the sort of money there talking about is enough to buy a quality defender and a striker. gourcuff is the natural replacement for seedorf so don't have to worry there so lets get the money out and spend it on players we really need and not luxery players such as ronaldinho.

He might have never turned out to be what he is today if he didn't go to Arsenal when he did and stayed with us.

Same scenario goes for Henry when he was with Juve

Rijkaard blocks ‘Dinho
Monday 30 October, 2006

Frank Rijkaard believes Ronaldinho will not be leaving Barcelona, despite Milan’s attempts to sign him. “I am not worried by the Rossoneri’s interest,” stated the Coach.

The Brazilian was associated with a switch to the San Siro last summer and recent rumours suggested that they may make a firm offer at the end of this season, seeing as the player has not yet extended his Barca contract.

“I know champions and their priorities – if they feel at ease in a certain environment it is very difficult that they will change,” said Rijkaard.

“The relationship between Ronaldinho and the club – not to mention between the player and the city – is perfect, therefore I do not see any problems.

“Of course you can never be sure in football, but at the time being Milan’s interest does not worry me at all.”

The Rossoneri, however, have not given up on the dream of signing Ronaldinho and still believe that a transfer is possible.

This is mainly due to the excellent relationship between the Via Turati club and Roberto Assis – the player’s brother and agent, as well as the agent of summer signing Ricardo Oliveira.

Many believe that the £14m paid for the 26-year-old Brazilian hitman, who spent much of last season on loan at Sao Paolo while he recovered from November’s knee ligament injury, was to be considered a sort of down payment guaranteeing the arrival of Ronaldinho in the near future.

However, technical sponsors are now also involved after the Blaugrana received an additional £10m from Nike, as the American company hopes this will help to prevent Ronaldinho from signing for an Adidas team such as Milan.

Don Silvio "If we have the possibility, we'll get him. But if he comes to Milanello we'll have to do every training like all the others, showing he's 'a Milan player'."

I think what he means it's like: "I'll pay you a lot, but you're not going to have any other benefits"

For those who don't know, Ronaldinho usually don't go to training every day like any other Barcelona player.

Guys I want your opinion on this ... Don't you think Milan is doing to Barcelona what Real's been doing to us ?? Chelsea did it to us also with Sheva, Real are trying to do it to us with kaka. If we continue to try and do things the 'right way' we'll get run over.

Secondy as Portugal said, Milan aren't doing anything to Barca like Real have been doing all during the summer, we haven't declared that we have 'already agreed trems with the player' or the 'we are sure he will play in the San Siro in the near future' Silvio has always said that it is one of his dreams to have R10 but only when Barca are willing to sell.

btw Portugal what you said about R10 and his "special treatment" is puke.gif these are the things that actually make me not want him to come to Milan

Inter Preparing 90 Million Euros Plus Adriano For Messi

According to embryonic reports reflected in Italy’s ‘Corriere dello Sport’ newspaper, FC Barcelona’s young Albiceleste star will be the object of a Massimo Moratti approach. The idea is to bring Messi to San Siro as the biggest bombshell Nerazzurri signing since Ronaldo arrived – also from Camp Nou.

The ‘Corriere dello Sport’ reported Inter as readying a 90 million Euro bid to be sweetened by the inclusion of discontent marksman Adriano. Moratti is confident that the size of the offer will be enough to sway even the declared hardheartedness of Barça President Joan Laporta; determined to hold onto both Messi and Ronaldinho.

With Eto'o still in dry dock with his knee ligament problem, the ‘Corriere dello Sport’ saw Adriano’s ‘gift’ inclusion as being a distinct catalyst for the deal to go through.  “The money that Barça would get for selling Messi will help the Catalan club pay for a Ronaldinho renewal for the next six years, as the Brazilian is looking for 12 million Euros per year and this deal would cover that”, explained the Italian article.

If this is an attempt from Moratti to block off the R10 thing .. Then I have one thing to say ' f@ck u INTER .. Even if u pay 1 Billion, u wont get as far as Milan have gotten'

Adriano is overrated. IMO he's worth what? I would say 25M... not more than that.
Messi? With 19, he's def' one of the best attackers/wingers in football.

90M is just too much. Not even Ronaldinho... I believe.

AC Milan set for Ronaldinho talks

AC Milan representatives will meet with the brother and agent of Barcelona ace Ronaldinho this week.

Repubblica says the summit will be held in Madrid, where Milan will outline to Roberto De Assis their strategy to take his brother to Italy next season.

Milan are seeking confirmation from Assis that Ronaldinho would be interested in moving to the San Siro before they begin to act on plans to bid for the Brazilian

Assis, meanwhile, has not ruled out Ronaldinho playing out his career at Barca, despite frustration over drawn out new contract talks.

Today, when presenting his brand "10R" (well, it's nike... just like the Air Jordan..) he said he's "very happy and Barcelona and wishes to continue" there. But, when they asked about renewing his contract he said "No worries. I've contract until 2010".

Translated from marca.com .

-

The italian "La Repubblica" (mishale's post) said that he would cost Milan 40M/euros and 8M per season...
The same "La Repubblica" says that the meeting will happen tomorrow (Friday) in Madrid.

Sad how things turn out .. I hope we (if we..) get R10 in his prime, rather than in 2015.

Cuz, though this might be a far fetched thought (dream) .. It can be done .. To have R9, R10, and Kaka in one team .. Would definately cause problems for any opposition; just like the Milan of the late 80's (early 90's) ..

Ahhhh ... But I'm not so sure anymore that this thought (dream) will come to reality .. sad.gif

Bla bla bla, Ronaldinho with some lack of motivation in Barcelona...
Bla bla bla, Ronaldinho renewal with Barcelona was delayed (once again).
Bla bla bla, Milan is in pole position to get him for 100M/euros.

As a matter of fact, YES!

Where is he going to play, I mean are we going to play like Brazil did in the last WC or we're going to change our formation to 4-3-3 which means only one striker!

I really dont want him in Milan because we need to keep a balance in the team!
