So Today about 10-15 different journalists have come out and expressed their oppinions on the Kaka deal.
Basically they all say the same thing.
1) Kaka's return is difficult because of the player salary so high
2) If Milan can reduce Kaka's salary to an affordable margin, he can be a realistic transfer
3) The fee remains a problem as Milan do not want to just plain out buy him and Madrid don't want to loan him.
4) Negotiations will take place today and tomorrow and we'll know soon.
Some are really optimistic and some really pessimistic. So this means they know don't know anything at this current moment or they would all have a similar view point.

As it stands we bid 7m for him, they said no. So we backed off again. We might go in on Wed for one final bid but thats about it. He won't be coming , Fiorentina are gonna play the stubborn game with us as it stands currently. This might change on Wed, we'll just have to wait and see.

Fact here is that Fiorentina don't have any power in this. Sure they're acting like idiots now, but in a couple of days they'll seal their faith, they keep Monto, we get him for free next summer or on the cheap in the winter. They're the ones that stand to lose, if I were them I'd jump at the 7m.

My only last hope is still Monto, and I'll stick with that, even though I have a feeling that I'll be disappointed in the end.
Galliani is quiet because he made his final statement in regards to the market, and that it is closed for us. We'll see whether his nose needs to grow a couple inches longer in a couple of days, but I think he was telling the truth at this point

So as it stands, were going to let Montolivo remain in Fiorentina until January. We have an agreement with Montolivo and he will not go anywhere else. Maybe we will see one final bid on Wed, but at this point I doubt it. Galliani will wait it out and sign him in January for 3m.
No further news on Kaka but he said this after his madrid game:
"I'm happy with our start to the league; this day is important to all of us. I've always been clear about wanting to be successful at Real Madrid. Mourinho said he counts on me and I hope to make good use of the chances I get. We all enjoyed ourselves and we're all very happy with the match."

Today (yesterday) has signed a good game. It's in the second half and scored a nice goal. What is your assessment of the meeting?I'm very happy we made the game all. Start the League and, thus, with a goal, an assist, winning by six goals to zero, is magnificent. I am very happy about it.
There are many rumors that are outside of Madrid. What is the future of Kaka?I want to stay in Madrid, I've always said. I have always maintained the same opinion on this matter, I have never changed. What that my father talks with other teams is a lie. I am centered in Madrid and want to continue.
What Mourinho said in the locker room? Does it have you?I am calm. The coach said he counted on me for this season and that gives me peace of mind. I just think now help the team.
Madrid has been an overwhelming, in a great form ...We show that we are well. The association today (yesterday) has been very good in every way. Played well in Super League and we have started the best way possible. You should go slowly and keep doing things the same way.

Becuase I believe we'll need him now from the start. It's not like he's worth 20m+ now, a good offer of around 8m should be good (if we even have that at this point), Fiorentina are bluffing big time, and I believe they'll cave when the time is right

If we offered them 7m (in the case of the report being true) then it's not far off the mark and very negotiable, certainly more probable then the impossibly complicated deal that was touted for Kaka. 3m is not a big gap, it's measly in football, we could smooth it over with a co-own offer of a player like Boateng (Kingsley), he could really do well in a team like Fiorentina and was very impressive in the pre-season so half his contract would be a good way to bridde the gap imo

True but then again I see Galliani saying, "why pay 8m for him now when I can have him for 4 or less in january"

Blue, you're disappointing me now!!!
Yesterday you were full of optimism. Now this. This is exaclty why I say that I'm a realist, not a pessimist, I believe in deals that are actually realistic for us, the Kaka and Cesc deals were ridiculous long shots, but I always said Monto and Aquilani and I'd be happy. Aquilani is in the bag, Monto could either come in 3 days or 3 months. However I feel that we'd need him right now, start the season with a full squad, get everyone playing great together and make a good showing in the CL while retaining our title.
That's me being realistic. I never had any false hopes about Cesc, Kaka or winning the CL this season. And that's why I lobbied for Aqui and Monto becuase they'll be good steps in the right direction for us

Yeah I understand its long shots for Cesc and Kaka and maybe we tried and failed or maybe we didn't. But what pisses me off more than anything is why come out and say it in the first place. If were broke, tell us so we don't expect anything.
Berlu "we win the scudetto, 2 champions will arrive". I'd be so rattled if i was allegri right now. Thats a declaration right there.
Just sick and tired of all this bullsh*t. How can champions league be our target with a squad like this, it isn't going to happen. Aquilani and montolivo won't bring us Sh*t either. The most will get this year is Serie A, yet galliani says our number 1 target is the champions league

Let's just wait for 31 of August and see what will happen. Kaka's transfer sounded good, 'cos he would be coming for few millions and it would help our midfield a lot. I'd rather think he made that interview with AS to cover his potential transfer. There were LOTS of reports and news saying that Kaka is unhappy at Madrid, that his wife called Barbara for a transfer at Milan, and so on. I don't think that everything is a lie, so either suddenly Kaka feels good and loved at Real, and Galliani screwed something or these words he said in interview are actually a lie.
