I doubt it. He's a strong personality. He wouldn't be the subservient, "Mr. Galliani is a friend. Mr. Berlusconi is always there to guide us..." kind of mouthpiece. :-)

Gotze to miss the final. seriously, who believes that it's because of injury?

I really wish Dortmund could **** on Bayern in the final and win the CL but sadly it's almost impossible. will keep my fingers crossed though...

UEFA should look into this themselves. Do Bayern have any right to dictate whether he can play or not?
Fifa should seriously put a stop to any signings occurring outside of the transfer window, this might not be official but they should not be allowed to negotiate players outside of allotted timeframes.

May 22 2013, 08:00 PM
I don't think Bayern are dictating anything. if anything, it must be Dortmund and Klopp's decision not to play him in this game because of obvious reasons. if that's the case then missing this final will serve Gotze right. it's not a given Bayern will make another final any time soon (they could, but they also could not! no one knows).

Always a conspiracy eh
Nah, I doubt it, most likely Dortmond won't let him play as they don't want to risk unprofessionalism from Gotze.

Yep

But seriously, why risk such unprofessionalism by letting clubs make transfer deals before the season is through? Gotze missing the final means the match itself is going to be deprived of quality that a CL final deserves.
For the neutral that was the biggest sub-plot of the game, and people were curious to see how he'd do against his future team. For me personally this game holds pretty much zero interest as I abhor Bayern and was never really a fan of German football/teams.

Gotze doesn't make Dortmond any weaker if he doesn't play. They have a pretty good team and can shoot for the trophy based on their understanding of Hayden and German football. They have what it takes, and though Bayern are the favorites, Dortmond could very well do a Liverpool.

I think he's important. Maybe not as Gundogan or Lewandowski or Hummels, but he is a very important part of the puzzle that makes them so great.

Brother of Raiden? From Mortal Kombat?

In all probability R7 was referring to Bayern München manager Jupp Heynckes. And yes, I agree, this is one delicious match up. An irresistible force against the only club that can stop it. Kind of like if it were a Milan vs Roma CL final.

They should just make it so you can only offer for, and buy, players in transfer windows. These cheap unsettling tactics are wrong, whether it's a genuine injury or not.

Tbh i'm good with whoever wins this final, Though i hope it's borussia slightly more so cause well, It'd feel rather breaking the chain of the usual european elite winning it (man united - Real - Barcelona - Ac milan if you see a pattern), Bayern might just be having a mirror of cardiff city where they lose 1-2 finals (not sure how many cardiff lost but pretty sure more than 1) and like cardiff this might be their year.
One thing for sure, Gotze being out smells real real fishy.
