... to Chelsea or Tottenham.
If Shevchenko or Drogba leave then he'd have a place in Chelsea. To Tottenham... I doubt, I mean... Villa deserves a big club - a top club/team.
On todays showing I can't see Sheva leaving Chelsea, unless he wants to leave. Jose played him out of position most of the time, and now he's got his first real chance as a Chelsea player. 4 goals in 6 his last 6 games, a magical performance today, added a great assist on Alex's goal to go with his brace. No idea why they took him off.
It's nice to see Sheva's return to form.

Johann Vogel has left Real Betis by mutual agreement after enduring an unhappy year in Spain. The Swiss international arrived at the Manuel Ruiz de Lopera from Milan as part of the deal which saw Ricardo Oliveira go in the other direction.
However, he had not made a first-team appearance this season and was in the process of suing the club over unpaid fees owed to him.
The midfielder has failed to hold down regular football since leaving PSV Eindhoven in 2005 and will now be hoping to get his career back on track.
Everton were reported to be interested in Vogel over the summer and may be set to make another approach for the player now that he has become available.
Sky Sports I quite liked him while he was at Milan, I still remember his great performance when we beat Bayern 4-1! At least he's get out of the horror show that is Betis.

Joey barton is the sought of thing you get when you combine growing up on a Liverpool council estate and a huge salary, it was always going to be disasterous!
I think Milan need some more 'mediocre' players, unfortunately our team is full of players who think they're too good to play against teams like Catania and the like, we need players who want to win every game they play, it's these players that add depth, too!

Sandro Rosell has cricitised Barcelona for not signing Brazil pair Luis Fabiano and Pepe.
The former Barcelona vice-president was instrumental in attracting Ronaldinho and Edmilson to the Nou Camp during his time at the club and remains a big fan of Brazilian players.
"Between the Luis Fabiano of today and (Thierry) Henry there is a world in favor of the Sevillista; who knows if we will be able to fix this mistake," Rosell told AS, urging Barca to move for the Sevilla striker.
He also said: "Pepe will be the best centre-half in the world; Madrid has guessed right in signing him."

I don't like Luis Fabiano so much.
As for Pepe, he can be great. He has great defensive skills and he can stop everyone but I prefer the defenders that "read" the play and stop it in the egg! Pepe is not one of of them...

How were they planning to afford Kaka??most of their players are pretty young so they're on their first contracts so they arent making that much money. the only other vets besides i can think of is RVN and casillas. and they would certainly break the bank for the worlds best player, besides real always finds a way to blow money and no matter how badly they waste it they'll come back next season and spend more

Barcelona star Thierry Henry is no longer capable of playing more than one game a week due to a chronic lumbar injury, according to the club’s doctor.
The problem which affects the back and the pelvic area has been troubling Henry all season and is caused by an irregularity in the player’s vertebrae.
“Henry is suffering from a chronic lumbar injury and is not able to play more than once a week,†said Barcelona’s club doctor.
In the short-term this is a big blow to the Blaugrana as they are set to lose Samuel Eto’o to the African Cup of Nations for the next month, and are also without the injured Lionel Messi.
However there could be more concern for Henry in the long-term, especially with the resumption of the Champions League in February, and more specifically for France in the European Championships in Austria and Switzerland in the summer.
The 30-year-old joined Barcelona in the summer from Arsenal for £16m, however he has so far failed to reproduce his stunning form from England when he became the Gunners’ all-time record goalscorer.
Now Barca are in a bit of a sitcky situation Eto'o's gone. Messi is injured. R10 is not doing too well. Gudjohnsen and Krkic and Dos Santos, it looks like.
