Tonight could be the decisive night in the Kaká transfer saga. The Brazilian's father and agent Bosco held talks earlier this evening with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani for two hours, and at the moment he is talking Manchester City executive Gary Cook.
Earlier today around 500 Milan fans presented themselves at the club's headquarters at Via Turati to protest against the player's likely departure, and now they have moved to Via Saffi, near Kaká's house. Their objective is to try and reach their idol's heart, as they already managed to do with constant chanting during Saturday's match against Fiorentina.
It seems the fans have succeeded at least in that, judging by the player's reaction. According to Sky Sport 24, the Ballon d'Or winner came to the window to salute the fans who were present, beating his hand on his chest and waving with the Rossoneri's shirt.

I don't believe in this. I've read what you written about the matter and I understand it but I don't agree. My opinion remains the one I expressed before, the only parties that want this deal to go through is Kaka's father and Fininvest.
I'm quite sure Berlusconi wants Kaka to stay as much as we do and he would not consider any offer if he was not pushed to!

I think we all knew before hand what he was. I just never imagined he would do this to Milan, a club he claims to love.
With that said, Milan has always been a marketing tool for Silvio, notice, he's always around for a photo op that makes him look good or when Milan win trophies, but he's never around when things get rough and the media is negative.
Galliani has his faults but if he had someone behind him that was willing to back him up I'm pretty sure his decisions would be very different from the ones he's currently being forced to make

I'm sure Berlusconi loves Milan. He's proven it. The fact that he has also used Milan for his personal interest does not mean he does not love the club. He has not hurt Milan by doing so anyway.
It's not easy for him. We're talking about a big case here. It's not a football player and a massive deal. There are people behind Milan who want this deal to go through because they have lost big over the past few months. And when you have to answer to them, it's not simple to say no, there are rules in business...

I get a notion from the look in your eyes, yea.
Youve built a love but that love falls apart.
Your little piece of heaven turns too dark.
Listen to your heart
When hes calling for you.
Listen to your heart
Theres nothing else you can do.
I dont know where youre going
And I dont know why,
But listen to your heart
Before you tell him goodbye.

Once we have a clear answer from Galliani or an official communication from the website then that's when the decision will be concrete.
Not a report coming from mediaset saying that Kaka came out from his hom to greet the fans

Of course Berlusconi did not tell Galliani something so vague! In my previous post I try to explain Berlusconi's actions the way I see it. He has to answer to people that can push him in many ways. And yes, maybe he feels Sheva closer to him but I don't believe he loves Kaka any less than we do.

Imagine Berlusconi replying with something like that to the Fininvest members, people who have lost big money lately and want to see some of it back as soon as possible. I'm sure it's them behind it all and that explains Galliani's statements that we won't make any big transfers. I'm sure Milan would not use the money from this deal to buy 3 or 4 great players who they'd have to give a fat salary to.

Whether Silvio loves Milan or not it's still clear that he wants to distance himself from the club. Fininvest are behind Milan but in the past Silvio still bankrolled deals through his own pockets like most of these billionaire owners do.
And sure selling Kaka would be instant money to pay off the losses, but selling Kaka could mean Milan struggling to make the CL again which then would outomatically snowball into more losses. Surely these people would be smart enough to acknowledge this.
I personally think that Silvio is no saint and no matter how much he losve Milan as a fan it's still his own money. And it's pretty apperant that he wants to treat Milan as any other company. Make it self sufficient, force Galliani into taking the reigns without having his money to back him up, thus forcing Galliani's hand and making him sell Kaka in order to recoup.

He's always used Milan for his own personal gains, thing is he doesn't need Milan anymore hence his 'love' for Milan is nowhere near as strong as it used to be. The filthy slimy slug should either sell Milan to someone who has the clubs best interest at heart or actually help the club out.

He does want to distant himself from the club because soon he won't be the one behind Milan. His children will take over in a few years and he has to pass them the initiative. He's not going to spend huge amounts on big players cause when he steps down the fans are going to demand the same from his children and who knows what they are capable of?

I don't know what would be better for them. Right now they own Milan and they want Milan to be a healthy organization. United are not forced by anyone to do so, any team in Serie A would get a point reduction if they were in such a mess.

Finally you get it!!!!

As for Berlu and his kids, I agree with you on that part. His daughter has already made comments regarding this issue.
But atm, when the club is in trouble and could find itself in a potentially very harmful situation that could take years to recover from I think this would be the time that an owner that loves his team would step in and help his club out, not force the sale of it's best player, that like I said might bring in instant money that could pay off the losses, but could snowball to even more losses in the future because of the team being unable to perform and losing out on CL.
