Just a bit of OT:

-We're fighting for Ronaldo (4-8M/euros).
-Juventus is trying to sign Saviola for free in June. rolleyes.gif

From Marca:

-Mijatovic, Madrid director wants 20M/euros for R9.
-Milan offered 4M, and can offer 8M max.
-The deal can be done if Milan offer 10M as R9 accepted Milan conditions and wants to join us.

Didnt Galliani say that they were not gonna negotiate w/ Madrid and that R9 has to cancel his contract (either buy it out or terminated it in some way), then Milan would sign him for free ?

Cuz I dont think Milan would pay 20M especially for a 30 yr old
nuh
i think it would be good if we get ronaldo as the 4th forward. i hope we get him devilsmiley.gif
han2503
If Milan where toget ronaldo then money between us and Real will definately not be exchanged, that has been made quite clear.

And since Ronaldo has said that he only wants to come to Milan I would expect him to do what he did when he left Inter for Real and that is to buy out of his own contract.

Madrid Ready To Sell Ronaldo To Milan For 10 Million Euros

It appears that both AC Milan and Real Madrid are bringing their postures closer as both sides make concessions in a Ronaldo return to Italy four and a half years later.

Mijatovic initially started with an inflexible position: 20 million Euros or Ronaldo stays put, even if that’s at home. Galliani took the opposite end of the economic spectrum.

The Italian exec stated that Milan would be pleased to count on the Fenômeno, but only if he arrived back at San Siro on a free transfer.

Both have since softened their positions, Madrid willing to let the player go for around 10 million Euros and Milan making an initial – rebuffed – bid of 4 million and readying a higher 8 million offer according to Italy’s ‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’ (Sports Gazette).

If the reports are to be believed it’s possible that a Ronaldo deal may be hammered out for a midway 9 million Euros that appears to be acceptable to both sides.

Bronzetti expects Ronaldo move

Thursday 18 January, 2007 - FI

Real Madrid transfer consultant Ernesto Bronzetti is confident that Ronaldo will complete a January move to Milan.

The South American has been made available for transfer by the Liga outfit and although there is still no agreement between the clubs, Bronzetti sees a happy ending for all.

“My personal opinion is that it will happen and I’m hopeful,” the football agent underlined on Thursday evening.

“There is a negotiation underway between Milan and Real Madrid seeing as the Rossoneri are ready to hand him an 18-month contract.

“All that is needed is for Ronaldo to rescind his contract at Real, even if the Spanish club don’t want to give him away for nothing.

“There have been some bids made by Arabian clubs, but Ronaldo wants nothing more than Milan.”

The San Siro boys were already linked with the former Inter sensation in the summer and Bronzetti has confirmed that bid.

“Real Madrid received an offer of around £11m from [Milan Vice-President Adriano] Galliani,”
he added.

“Real didn’t accept though because they were convinced that fee wasn’t enough. I think there will be more talks soon.”

Milan had also been associated with Real enigma Antonio Cassano, but the Italian’s Madrid nightmare looks set to continue.

“I’m 99 per cent sure that Cassano will end the campaign in Spain,” concluded Bronzetti.

Cassano has fallen out of favour with boss Fabio Capello and is also available for transfer this January.

Ronaldo Ready To Pay Part Of Milan Move?

The striker feels that he has been totally undermined by Ramón Calderón and Capello, feeling the double-barrelled attacks he’s been suffering from both are the final straw after last year’s merciless ribbing by fans about his weight.

Spanish daily ‘Marca’ claims Italian sources that have confirmed that Ronaldo is even ready to dig deep into his own pockets to escape from Real Madrid and into another top European club where he could still hope to jockey for a Champions League he’s never won.

According to these reports the Fenômeno may be seriously considering coughing up a phenomenal 5 million Euros to sweeten the 4-million offer that Milan made and approach the 10 million mark that pundits are claiming to be the base for a successful deal.

The striker is still under contract with Real Madrid until the 30th of June 2008, so the remaining 18 months of his contract could see him bag 12 million Euros. Given the fact that his current Merengue deal splits his 11-million yearly advertising revenue 50/50 this is an option.

If followed, this path would see Ronaldo accept a similar salary deal from the Rossoneri but his new home would be willing to let him keep his advertising rights intact, therefore meaning that Milan would effectively be paying the extra 5 million, although Ronaldo would hand it over.

Real Madrid 1-1 Betis (0-0 in the first leg) so Madrid is out of Copa del Rey (Coppa out there). Don't know what will happen or if this result will influence any transfers.

I saw the match, Madrid played well, deserved to win but... Betis is the one who's going trought.

R9 was not even on the squad for the match. Same for Beckham and Cassano.

I think it says Milan do not want to give a penny to Madrid so the only option is for Ronaldo to buy out his contract... One of his agents said he really wants to come to Milan so who knows... your dream might become true at last!

And Calderon seems to have proposed a swap deal with Pippo and Cassano!?? unsure.gif which is fine by me...

I think this is basically the same thing that has been posted before. But just to pacify R7 and arivanjj I put this up.

Now it time for Milanfan's official translator to do his work wink.gif

Milan await Ronaldo news

Milan admit they too are waiting to hear whether or not Real Madrid will release Ronaldo.

“We are waiting for news from Madrid,” commented vice-President Adriano Galliani.

“It’s a very difficult negotiation process. We will have to wait and see what happens.”

The Rossoneri have a deal with the player, but the only issue now is the Spanish side, who have not decided what price tag they will place on Il Fenomeno.

A meeting was held today in Madrid between Merengues directors Ramon Calderon, Franco Baldini and Predrag Mijatovic and Ronaldo’s agents Fabiano Farah and Julio Senn.

“From what I heard, Ronaldo is very close to a transfer to Milan,” explained San Siro team manager Silvano Ramaccioni.

“I know nothing more precise than that, but from talking to the directors this was I was told.”

Spanish sources suggest “Real Madrid and Ronaldo are eager to get this situation sorted out as soon as possible.”

The Brazilian former World Player of the Year has also received offers from Saudi Arabian clubs. All transfers must be completed by the end of the window on January 31.

So basically it still seems like everything depends on Real's decision
