Changing topics, can't wait for v2 with the latest version of the forum software. It's much more user friendly and secure than the current one. And please make sure you include in a bunch of skins so we can get around to update the layout when needed (particularly after loosing important matches). Godspeed, everyone, with all the work you guys put in to make the place what it is.

I'm in stupid mode this morning - could you explain this a bit more? Do you mean that you would just like more skins for the forum? How would losing important matches affect the forum skin? I'm intrigued

Yup, a bunch of them would be fine. Members can then choose their preferred skin from a drop-down menu (as is the case in most other established forums). For example a dark (red and black) one, etc. You can also have it automatically updated after every Milan match (win, lose or draw). Of course, an administrator can change the default skin on important occasions (like winning a major trophy, or Christmas season, etc). It's more of a cosmetic change than anything, but it at least gives the forum an uplift every now and then, as opposed to a standard theme day-in and day-out.

In any case, a choice of 3-4 skins would be much welcome so we can choose the layout and colors according to our mood.

Will there be a shoutbox!? A shoutbox would be nice. But not on the top please, I don't really like it up there, it'd be better if it was at the bottom or (at the top) with a +/- button to make it appear and disappear...

All I hope of v2 is that's as clean as v1 HP was. Same for the forum. Clean and user-friendly.

Gotta agree with Port here. Shoutboxes can be misused easily, and that might take the charm away from the forum. I'd hate to see Tennie posting training reports before each match in a shoutbox. Hehe. Plus, if it really takes off, forum activity might slow down a tad.

I've seen a couple of forums go down, as more people were using the shoutbox as opposed to posting in threads.
