Completely retarded way to run a league.

Pretty obvious: dst=MilanFan. just like Maldini=Milan.

You doubt it?

There was me thinking this forum revolved around Fishdoll...

Has the Greek's gender been discovered yet?
Jack Sparrow
Yes. I could tell you more but then I'd have to kill you. sleep.gif

We're running further tests on it though, but the results are mind-boggling to say the least. innocent.gif I've had to kill Captain Jack twice already just to keep a lid on it all. Good thing he's sober now.

Good stuff, now we have a Serie A one!
X-Offender
Why does Mourinho use Coentrao as DM? The guy is a pure winger.
kurtsimonw
The World's best player carries on where he left off last season., 1-0, Ronaldo. wink.gif

2-0, Marcelo.
X-Offender
2-0 Marcelo.
kurtsimonw
Why are Sky getting rid of everyone? Mark Bolton no longer doing La Liga coverage FTL.

They just want to make their coverage as terrible as possible.
kurtsimonw
I do think Gary Neville is a good addition though to be fair.

3-0, nice goal from Alonso.
X-Offender
Madrid is having a walk in the park tonight. If Mourinho doesn't sub in Kaka' even in these circumstances, then he really doesn't have any plans for the guy.
X-Offender
4-0, Ronaldo again.
kurtsimonw
Ronaldo, 4-0.

Callejon on for Di Maria. Still no Kaka'!
X-Offender
Kaka' in.
kurtsimonw
Higuain and Kaka' on for French Heskey and Ozil.
kurtsimonw
Kaka', 5-0. Good finish.
X-Offender
Stange how everyone went to congratulate him. Perhaps a goodbye gesture? wink.gif

Awesome finish though.

It was a shot, really.

I must say, Madrid are really great, but Zaragoza has been pathetic throughout the entire match.
kurtsimonw
Sevilla-Malaga next. Should be interesting with Malaga's spending.
kurtsimonw
NEGREDO!!!
kurtsimonw
Stick your money up your ****.

2-0, Negredo with both. biggrin.gif

Wow, that defence, Hopefully it stays as is when we come up against them, maybe we could sneak it devil.gif
Jack Bauer
One pure defender? I don't remember when was the last time I saw something like that, if ever.

Though, Barca and Madrid can do thing like this in La Liga and still win comfortably because of a big gap between the Big 2 and the rest.
Milan Are Brilliant
And the worrying thing is you can forget about Xavi/Villa not being in that line-up, what a team.
kurtsimonw
Pretty much.

Think it could be a risk though. No width from Alves will take away one dimension and then those CBs? Hardly the quickest or most mobile and they're up against Rossi and Nilmar, I assume.
Jack Bauer
Barca is playing 3-4-3. Strange not to see them with the usual 4-3-3.
kurtsimonw
Boooooo!
Jack Bauer
HT 2-0 Thiago and Cesc scored. Game over.

This league is actually worse than Scotlands for how pathetic it is. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Agreed, is this supposed to be a top 4 contender?
Fillipo Simone
Naah, it's unwatchable. Once there was a time you could expect Deportivo or Valencia actually do some serious damage while other teams were also tough; nowadays it's just one trashing after another. Pathetic defensive tactics as well.

Agreed. They might as well just lay out a red carpet for them

I'd rather watch German Football than this now. Yes, Madrid & Barca are good, but bar them playing each other it's just a rather dull thing to watch nowadays. Even teams like Atletico Madrid aren't going to be that much of a force now.

And not to toot your English horn or anything, but watching the EPL games yesterday, and then switching over to the Zaragoza game vs Real, the drop in the quality of not just footbal but the overall presentation of the match, the terribly lit stadium, the commentary, not being able to hear the crowd well, etc, it's really staggering.

For sheer quality imo, there's the EPL first, then the German league and I'm not even getting to the football aspect of it. If that were the case, then as a league, Serie A is still better then La Liga. Would a Serie A team lose to Barca? Yes 10 times over, but would a Lazio, Roma, Udine, etc lay down like this and not even try to defend? Never. At least they'd give it a good fight. Even a bottom table team would try to strangle out Barca better then this

I've often wondered this, I do think our football over here is good for that (in all divisions). I agree, the Germans are up there too with the atmosphere etc. The Scandinavian & Portuguese clubs don't seem too bad either in that regard.

And yes, as a league as a whole, I'd put the Serie A above La Liga, I've said that before too.
kurtsimonw
I do agree outside of the football that La Liga is just awful. There's just no passion towards the teams at all. Watching the Madrid game yesterday there's just Madrid fans scattered all over the home ends of the stadium and the home fans don't really back the team and it's dull.

I think the EPL is the best overall and it's nothing to do with bias since I hate half of the times and dislike most of them. Then Serie A and Bundesliga football I enjoy watching far more than La Liga.

Spanish teams just seem so naive. Sanchez goal was pathetic. He was about 40 yards out and they play a simple ball over the top and he's in.

Plain boring to be honest ... The Calssicos, that's the mouth watering piece of it all. But even then, it becomes annoying ... Take the EPL, Bundes Liga and Serie A as a collective example in terms of competition for top honors ... There is no comparison.

However, and strangely if I might add, Madrid & Barca get a world-wide appeal from all quarters of the globe. Astounding, but I guess they like watching Barca smash Malaga 6-0 without even going into 3rd gear.

Or the Allure of Madrid's Galacticos. The team that can bid for any fantasy player you have in mind, they will land him, no matter the cost. Or Perez will innocent.gif

you say that in the week of Manchester 13 - 3 North London?

in my view this only shows that the top sides in England and Spain have grown much stronger than the competition. It's been like that for Barcelona and Real Madrid the past few seasons and it's becoming like that in the EPL too.

There's a difference between a one off and a regular occurance.

Man U beat West Brom due to a late OG. Chelsea couldn't beat Stoke. Man City barely beat Bolton. Liverpool couldn't beat Sunderland. Arsenal have 1 point.

But Madrid/Barca regularly beat teams by 3+ goals. Barca used 1 defender against a fellow Spanish CL side and won 5-0 for crying out loud.
