Our performances have been so convincing, we are making Pato play better and better with more determination every game... This is the team to learn from.

Frist lesson is from:

Seedorf: You stop a high ball gently with the cushion of your @ss and then you proceed with caution and slow movement until you are surrounded by 6 players. This is where you slowly look around and pass it back to Oddo. You ALWAYS pass it back to Oddo, the slowly looking around thing is just an uber trick Seedorf came up with  to add a little drama to his play. Oddo will take it from here.

Oddo: OK, now you go deep and wait for his cross... Don't worry, it only takes him 18739717419874 times to get it right... freak.gif

Now when it comes to motivation, Pato needs to look no further than Pirlo. OK, granted a cabbage has more motivation than Pirlo, but you will find it if you look hard enough.

For courage, you got a roll model in Dida, cheering you on and getting injured all at the same from the bench. His fighting spirit and masculine energy is just too much for the pitch.

For fitness, you've got your ideal man in Ronaldo. Name an injury and he has suffered through it. I even heard he got a strain in or around his @sshole for farting once... You be the judge... Now you ask me, why is he the ideal fitness model? Well, he is not... He can tell you 999 ways NOT to get injured though...

Then for technique you got your main man Brocchi... From fabulous elastico's to his trademark little midget stepovers, Brocchi is your to go guy.

More helpful lessons for our new boy Pato in the coming weeks. Stay tuned and enjoy your slow deaths everyone. smile.gif

I think I speak for all of us here when I say that everyone is behing this team no matter where we are, whether it's serie A or Serie Z, Intertoto or CL everyone here is behind the team.

But again, speaking for everyone here, we are all frustrated, with how the team is being run and coached. That's why this is a forum, we all come here to speak our oppinions and sometimes even vent our frustrations, which we all have a reason to right now.

But as I said, that doesn't mean that we are not still all 100% behind our team

re Gourcuff: I don't think it's a personal issue between Ancelotti and the player. I just don't think Gourcuff is as good as you guys think he is. It also wouldn't surprise me one little bit if he's got an attitude problem. Personal opinion and I know that many are likely to disagree.

Maybe you're right he's not as good as we think he is, and he hasn't lived up to what we expected of him, but then again it is on Carlo for not giving him chances even when he has deserved them. And maybe he does have a personal issue with him and imo it reflects badly on Carlo for letting his personal issues with the player to carry into their professional relationship.

If Carlo by some miraculous act of stupidity from our management is still our coach next season then Yoann should definately leave, but if Carlo goes then I would like to see Yoann stay put and see what he can really do under a coach that is willing to give him a chance

As for the attitude problem, if he does infact have one, then I can only see it worsening instead of getting better by Carlo always shoving cr@p in his face

It's really not the end of the world. (No don't get your stones out...it isn't).

Since the Viola have lost as well.

But this does put us in the very unsavoury position of having to beat both Juve and Inter. This is bad. It was why the last two games were must-wins. Because, then we could have afforded maybe to go out to Inter.

*sigh* this sucks....at least Newcastle beat Ramos FC.
KillerMax
Gourcuff is definitely quality. He showed it last season. He set the stadium on fire every time he stepped on the pitch and he had 5 assists and 1 goal in the limited time that he played. But then even after all those great displays, Carlo showed him less and less time. It was kind of painful to watch, but he was going to play a lot more the season after, we all thought. Wrong. Instead Gourcuff was wasted on the bench and, given his weak character, he completely lost his confidence. He needed some lovin'. And I'm serious... He needs a mentor. Someone to help him take the next step because the raw talent is there for all to see.

carlo needs to go i think all the fans agree with this. Its looking more and more like a revolution is perhaps needed. Its not that we don't have the class players its just that we have no motivation. If they don't want to try and win everything every season then they shouldn't play. Playing in cL alone is not good enough.

Does anyone know (I guess only 10ie will be privy to this info) what MvB's feelings really are about Milan??

Does he truly love the club, or is it to him just a club that acted as a vehicle for success? I mean like, in the end does his heart belong to Ajax?? Sort of like..uhm Keegan and Liverpool?

Nesta was sent off for dissent, I think. There was a lot of arguing right toward the end of the game.

As for MVB and Milan, I think there's still a lot of affection and respect. MVB is still aabsolutely revered at Milan - how many other guys who played for the team 15 years ago would get feature articles written about their visits to milanello? I think he himself genuinely loves Milan. Thing is, Ajax is his first club and I think that if it really came down to it, his first loyalty would be there.

Adriano Galliani after the defeat against Atalanta. The game according to the CEO was decided by arbitration garish errors:

"The game was absolutely determined by the first time played evil are our problems, but the three errors committed by successive Brighi were fatal. One in our against, and two in favour dell'Atalanta. Sadly it is useless to complain, so then tell us that everything is fine. foul of Floccari on Oddo on the first goal is resounding, instead Seedorf goal was valid. Incredible assisitente then as the line near Langella has not noticed that the same Games held at stake Clarence. And then of course the goal was regular Ambro. Sadly, we still lost a game at home. "

Gallani is crap
Portman
The problem is not San Siro, playing at home, not the grass, not the stands, not the city...

The problem is teams when playing Milan (or Inter) in San Siro tend to deffend deep with 10 players behind the ball, 10 players inside their box. And we - unlike Inter - can't do shite against that. That's exactly where the big teams make the difference.

Playing away from home, we've more space for counters. And the 2 best ofensive players we have - Kaka' and Pato - love to play in counter-attack.

That's why our record in Serie A/San Siro this season is beyond ridiculous: 4 wins, 7 draws, 4 defeats.

Adriano "a posto cosi" Galliani is a fat cnut. FACT.

QUOTE
Ancelotti: Never again!

Carlo Ancelotti is furious with his squad over “the usual mistakes” and demanded changes in attitude. “No more second chances.”

Milan’s Champions League hopes are evaporating as despite Fiorentina’s loss away to Udinese today, they dropped into sixth place and are still four points adrift of fourth.

“I know my players and what they can do from here until the end of the season. We still have a possibility, but there are no more second chances after this. We must not look for alibis.

“We are aware of the difficult moment we’re going through and will try to get out of it. Not qualifying for the Champions League would weigh heavily on us. We have a possibility and must make the most of it.”

This loss to Atalanta was Milan’s second consecutive 2-1 defeat at San Siro after an identical dismal performance against Sampdoria 10 days ago.

“We made the usual mistakes that we tend to make at home,” admitted Ancelotti. “It was a bland start and a bit lazy, so in the end we paid the price. In some situations we were very distracted, just as we were against Samp.”

The Rossoneri had two goals controversially disallowed for a Clarence Seedorf offside flag and Massimo Ambrosini’s push, but the Coach did not look for excuses.

“The referee was on a par with our performance today, but having said that we certainly didn’t lose because of him.

“Our entire game is to be wiped off the slate, there was nothing to be salvaged from it. In the second half we tried with a bit more grit, but left ourselves very open to the counter.”

Andrea Pirlo has been on very poor form recently and saw his last-minute penalty saved by Ferdinando Coppola, while the absence of the injured Kaka, Pippo Inzaghi and Ronaldo is making itself felt.

“Now we have to make changes,” slammed Ancelotti. “We cannot carry on like this. We hope to have Kaka back for the next game, but at the moment we are not defending well and not attacking well either.

“Something will change, but I am not so much talking about the players as the attitude. We’ll see what happens on Saturday.”

The Rossoneri welcome on form Cagliari to San Siro next weekend and then travel to Juventus on April 12.

Meanwhile, for Atalanta it was a glorious afternoon and their first Serie A victory here in 17 years.

“It was an almost perfect performance,” smiled assistant manager Francesco Conti, as Coach Gigi Del Neri sat out a touchline ban.

“At the end we suffered under Milan’s siege, but did well to react. It’s true we were a little lucky, but you need that to win in football.”
