Oliveira will come guys. They agreed on 18 millions + Vogel to Betis. The official announcement will come after Vogel will have finished the medicals in Seville.

Are you sure? where did you hear this?

I was watching studio sport earlier and from the things I could pick up (because it's in Italian) I know that they mentioned something about this. Or is this just another rumor coming from some spanish paper?

Don't forget Silvio, I'm very much sure he is more ambitious then us, be sure. Or you think Kaka doesn't want to win anything, or may be Gilardino?

We are going to win Scudetto this year, I don't care about CL this time. We need scudetto..

If it wasn't for the Moggi system, we wouldn't have gone 2 seasons without a trophy! It's funny how close we got to Juve with all their cheating.

Milan-Oliveira: Trattativa ancora bloccata

Bad news. Apparently Vogel isn't satisfied by Betis' offer and wants to play in a Champions League club. Anyway, he passed the medical tests.

On tuttomercatoweb.com they said that the Oliveira deal is done and he will be presented to the press tomorrow. So let's see

Still if we signed him we will still need Oddo, I hope they at least TRY to make an offer for him to Lazio

If it's on loan for 1 or 2 seasons then that would still be a good deal. Foggia will probably not even get any time to play except for the Coppa Italia matches. If he doesn't play he will not develop into what he already promises to be a great player. If we loan him out to Lazio he will definately play a lot of games that way he will continue to develop and when we get him back hopefully he will be ready tobe a starter for us

Betis boost squad with Odonkor, Wagner and Sobis

MADRID (Reuters) - Real Betis strengthened their squad on Tuesday with Borussia Dortmund winger David Odonkor and Brazilians Jorge Wagner and Rafael Sobis from Libertadores Cup winners Internacional.

German international Odonkor, 22, signed a five-year deal for a fee of 6 million euros ($7.69 million), while 28-year-old midfielder Jorge Wagner was unveiled to the media after agreeing a four-year contract with the Andalucians.

Betis also announced that they had reached an agreement to sign the highly rated 21-year-old forward Sobis on an eight-year deal.

Sobis, recently called up for Brazil, was the inspiration for Internacional as they won the Libertadores Cup, South America's equivalent to the Champions League.

Betis president Pepe Leon told reporters that AC Milan's Swiss international midfielder Johann Vogel was likely to be the club's final reinforcement.

Vogel's arrival is likely to be dependent on the sale of Brazilian striker Ricardo Oliveira to the Serie A side.

At the same time, Leon made it clear that the club had pulled out of a deal to sign Cruzeiro striker Alecsandro, who arrived in Seville last week with the intention of joining the Primera Liga side.

Betis have received a major injection of funds following the sale of Spain winger Joaquin to Valencia for 25 million euros.

Johann Vogel
Swiss international Johann Vogel has made a move to Priméra División side Real Betis Balompie, where he will join striker Robert, who is on loan from PSV. Vogel joined AC Milan in 2005 as a free transfer, but he did not get much playing time. He started nine games and was brought on as a substitute five times last year.

It says it's over, Oliveira won't come. Only an in-extremis meeting tomorrow morning may change things. It also says Drogba is ready to come.

I don't get it. First they say it's done, then they say it's over. What the f@ck is going? Only 48 hours left and we still don't have a forward. And what the hell is this Drogba thing? I'm pretty sure Mourinho would never let him go.

Especially because they are only down to 3 forwards at this point with departure of Crespo.

Tactically, Mourinho plays with 2 striker/forwards up top. Drogba and Scheva is a dream partnership.

It seems that Milan is the media attraction at this point because they are in desperate need of a forward and defender. Its just a circle of swirling B/S. Whats true or not who knows?

The Milan, complicated the negotiation for Oliveira with the Betis, is estimating various alternatives: that more meaningful door to Didier Drogba, forward of the Chelsea, that Adrian Galliani has met. For the ivoriano an offer of 30 million euro is ready.

Its strange because there are some Websites that have the transaction as listed. If you look at the post I made in Vogel/Oliveira to Betis in Transfers. There is a site that has it listed as a transfer already with Vogel to Betis and Oliveira to Milan.

Oliveira would be a good replacement as the fourth forward.

If you know Milan they're business men and they want a replacement for Scheva not just for the replacment but also as a symbol that their still one of the most attractive teams in the world to play for. Oliveira doesn't symbolize this to me.

It says that Betis want Vogel to be included in the Oliveira transfer but the Swiss, who has already passed a medical, doesn't accept the wage Betis offer (which is half what Milan pay him now) and so the deal is probably scr3w3d up!!! Milan might even go back to chasing Ronaldo and now Inter seems to be out of their way ...

Everything was done, Oliveira was ready to sign, Betis was going to get 18 millions + Vogel. But then, at the very last moments, that @sshole of De Lopera asked something else besides the actual offer which pissed off Braida who left Seville immediately and came back to Milan. I consider the negotiations over, and from what I heard, we have nobody to sign right now. Chelsea refused our 30 millions offer for Drogba saying it's too late to find a replacement for him, and they're right. I hope our board understands what happens when you leave things for the last minutes. Only a throwback to Ronaldo may bring us a new striker, cause 70% of the possibilities we're not going to buy anyone.
