Every opposition is differnt. Parma are playing the usual tactic most Serie A teams play, Park the Bus.

Are they? unsure.gif I think they're rather open in the back!!
vnata001
by the way, antonini has been painful to watch.

QUOTE
We're building up patiently like we always do, but not over committing like we were doing before and getting caught out every time.

Plus we are very lucky. Parma lacks of quality in many ways. Don't let us be blinded by that. Zambrotta lost the ball in a delicate position twice, if the had a faster and better right winger...like Cesena, we would be in much trouble.

Their whole midfield and attack is slow which gives us the big advantage, plus Canderva and the others make tons of mistakes in the passing.

haha, dude. pato's muscles are growing.

Zeddie does that make you tingly? laugh.gif
samira
Antonini has been palying good I think, maybe losing his position but good.

And my Nesta is back and I HOPE to see Pato !!

Yeah, Nesta is a lion in defense. laugh.gif When both him and Silva are fit, we have the best CB pairing in the league, bar none. Only inter's comes second, Lucio and Samuel (part of that is because they both have old legs). But being the best in Italy literally means the best in Europe. The only thing is their fitness, particularly Nesta's.

As for Pato, great to see him on the bench, he'd have buried those chances in a zip. cool.gif Zed.D's charmed, I'm sure!
Fillipo Simone
Oh my, Pato.... rolleyes.gif

canderva off for parma stonecold on

hes misplacing too many passes, in addition to his positional slip-ups. It really couldn't be any clearer now that we've gone back to the 4-3-1-2: Our fullbacks NEED to be upgraded.
Fillipo Simone
Now some stats: Milan passes completed 89%!!!

Candreva out. That could help Parma now.
Bluesummers
We play Madrid on the 19 of this month. If we go into that game with the work rate being as it is today, we'll get absolutely killed.

The only reason were dominating parma is because they are doing an absoloute piss poor job of closing down our midfield. If they improve that, our game plan changes to long ball instantly.

Welcome to the late carlo era again. Send ball to Ibra(kaka) and hope he pulls of some magic.

The way allegri is playing right now is clear. He wants us to be defensive and then give the ball to the superstars and hopefully they will win us the game. Remind you of someone ? wink.gif

How's that? We've had a lot of possetion are creating a lot of chances out of team moves, instead of the usualy Punt the ball up to Ibra tactic. Also every coach tends to do that every now and then, even the "special one" At Cheslea he had Drogba to pull him out of tight jams and at Inter it was usually either Ibra or Eto'o, every team tends to struggle now and then but that's what seperates the big Clubs from the rest, they have players that can make a difference.

QUOTE (vnata001 @ Oct 2 2010, 07:38 PM) *
errr...dare i say mourinho?

biggrin.gif

QUOTE (Zed.D @ Oct 2 2010, 07:39 PM) *
That's a considerable majority thinking Dinho is playing decently. 96.gif

Beside Dinho, I thought Seedorf looked good too. he was running and trying to catch the ball for crying out loud!

I was really pissed off at our Ajax performance but tonight we're good. I DO get your point, all the opponent needs to do is park the bus and we're done for. yes. but they haven't, therefore I don't know why you've been moaning all game long!

Agreed about Seedorf. Again my point exactly, he's a natural CM, take him out of that position and he's useless

I think Parma are trying to Park the Bus on us, but with this formation we can play in the tight spaces better. We've seen them trying to hit us on the counter but failing at it because we still have 3 defenders plus Rino who aren't over committing like we were before
samira
Doesn't seem like Ronie and Binho are playing as wingers. More like free-role men. That's good, they play better that way.

Considering how vulnerable we were when facing a counter-attack in the first couple of games, this makes a lot of sense, no?
samira
Oh, I thought I heard it was 15 October.. Well my bad happy.gif

Blue's got a point, folks. smile.gif Milan's enjoying themselves, and the big reason for that is because Parma don't have a game plan. They are playing our game, against us, and we are 1-0 up. A change in strategy for them (Candreva sub, anyone?) could get ugly unless we score next. An equalizer could be right around the corner.

Let's see how Milan plays out in the 2nd half, hopefully a few minutes of the duck, and the game's in the bag, 2-0. Remember, it was only a moment of magic that we are one goal up, other than that we have been as wasteful as they come. sad.gif I sense a thrill ride coming up, either way. For the sake of Ari though, I hope we win. And win good.
X-Offender
Why is Seedorf still playing? mad.gif

I've always thought of Parma as one of Serie A's more attacking sides. they're not like Lecces who make you really suffer on your way to their goal. if our attackers had done better we'd be up by 4 goals now.
han2503
Oh Robinho killing me with all these misses!
servbot
Robinho should have taken the shot there.
Zed.D
GEE, Sub Robinho!!
CrazyMilanFan
