Gazzetta seems to think Maicon is really injured. They're running an article that talks about tests in the next day or two, etc etc and seem to think he's a doubt for the CL games against Manchester United.

Tennie,
sport.es said that ronaldinho changed his haircut. Do you have any pics of him?
BTW Maicon would be really huge loss for Merda
I think he's one of the best RB now

kizo, I'm not the best finder-of-photos. I DID find this photogallery on mediaset that shows Ronaldinho at a hair salon (it's pretty recent) but can't tell what exactly the new hairstyle is.

and hopefully Mou plays Santon in his place. I can see an 18yo choke in his first Milan derby (or his first big game experience).

If Maicon is ruled out, then it means Ronnie can safely play in his favoured position on the left, without too much difficulty. I do hope for a good match from him. Hopefully the friendly gave him some confidence.

Both Zanetti and Santon can do great in defense, we - and well, Ronnie - should not underestimate them.

I would rather have someone like Becks who is prepared to work rather than R80 who just likes to look good.
I can't disagree here. I'm no fan of Becks, but he's had more of a workrate in three weeks than Dinho has in five months.

He's great in defence, great in attack and delivering assists, plus he chips in with goals

I believe Flamini should play on the left to help Jankulovski cope with Maicon and Figo/Ibrahimovic. Janku is surely not the best defender around and I fear they will attack mainly from the right wing.
Abbiati
Zambro Maldini Kaladze Janku
Beckham Pirlo Flamini
Seedorf Ronaldinho
Pato
This will probably be the line-up only with Ambro instead of Flamini.

Sacchi: Inter's mind on Manchester
Former Italy Coach Arrigo Sacchi believes Milan will win the derby because Inter are already focusing on Manchester United.
The first leg of the Champions League clash is not until February 24, but a seven-point lead at the top of Serie A could make them complacent.
“The Nerazzurri could be – albeit unconsciously – affected by the imminent match against the European and World champions,” Sacchi told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Inter are in great shape, but Jose Mourinho could ‘feel’ the upcoming meeting with Manchester United more than this derby, as eliminating them would give the club enormous international prestige.”
However, there are other reasons behind Sacchi’s concerns about tonight’s Derby della Madonnina.
“Milan are missing Kaka, who is a big loss, but Inter are too dependent on the extraordinary Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
“It should also be noted that the Rossoneri rarely get it wrong in the big games.”

Long story, ry. Basically, there was a big fight over stolen banners after a Juve game. Some part of the Fosse leadership went to the police to get their stuff back - this is a big nono for ultras and there was a lot of infighting in the group. Eventually they formally disbanded. A lot of the Fosse folks are in other successor groups like Brigate Rossonere, though.
