I don't see any problem with fans of a particular player predicting that he will do well in a game.
'Seedorf
will be the Man of the Match' is not exactly a
prediction.
EDIT: not going to continue. hopefully Seedorf will prove me wrong and win us the derby with his brilliance in big games.

this is the right time for ronaldinho to steal the show (again),
last match he did a decent comeback...
and for nesta i aint expect he will be the starting eleven, it's too risky 4 him.
i'm confident milan will win, in derby everything could happen...

I guess this maybe the right time for ronnie to prove his worth after being benched for a while..
hope this match will bring back his confidence and give us another strength in midfield. Now we have to rely on seedorf and dinho to help pato at the front side. Honestly i dont expect seedorf to do anything 'special' in this match..
God help us!!!

I don't think it's fans of the particular player predicting things.
All of us know that Seedorf likes these types of games, he's a monster, especially when it comes to playing Inter and Juve. What I don't like is that he only deems it fit to offer his all to the team on nights like this.
My concern about Seedorf is that recently he hasn't showed up for some of these games either, the last few games against Juve and the games against Inter last season and the one before that he was just as complaicent as he usually is. Maybe with losing Kaka he will feel more pressure on himself to perform, this goes for Dinho as well who I think is just as much a big game player as Seedorf is. Yet atm is not being allowed the luxery to pick and choose his games like Seedorf is.

inter goalkeeper, Julio Cesare spoke upon his arrival in London about the his fears in meeting Milan again.
Cesare: "Milan has a lot of excellent individual players, like Pato and Ronaldinho who can in an instant trick you and put the ball where ever he desires. And its true that Milan looses a little without Kaka', but Beckham is one of those players whom I love because he has high technical qualities and has just rolled back the golden years all over again with them."

Hey, we'll be the lucky ones.
Apparently some unions (I think that's what they are) who work for SKY Italia are not happy with union contracts, with how some categories of workers are being treated (specifically women who go to or return from maternity leave), and negotiations have broken down. They've called a strike for this weekend and if it goes ahead, SKY Italia may not be able to broadcast the game inside Italy.

So today's training has taken place, for those players who aren't off with their respective national teams.
Training started with warmups and then a brief mini game. Following this were drills on ball possession and attack-versus-defense.
Finally there was a 6 v 6 practice game.
Favster, Gattuso, Mattioni, Borriello and Kaka trained in the gym.

I don't think it's possible that I have more respect for anyone that him. He is truly and undoubtedly more than a legend. I'm just glad that he is healthy and is able to play the remainder of the games. It's something I am going to miss. Just to think that a few years back we had a back line that included Maldini, Nesta and Costacurta and by next season, only Nesta will have remained. And not for long.
Maldini has already won so much. He is at the end of his career and the team is going through a slow transition. He has accepted that, I can tell. Anything more will be a bonus.

So today's training has taken place.
After warmups the team divided into groups.
Maldini, Pato, Emerson, Jankulovski, Flamini, Bonera e Cardacio worked on repetitions in the sand pit.
Antonini, Favalli e Seedorf worked on variations of rhythm.
Ambrosini, Mattioni, Ronaldinho e Zambrotta worked on specific exercises in the gym
Thiago Silva, Nesta e Pirlo did sprints.
After this, the team reunited (except Ronaldinho, Pirlo, Pato and Zambro) for a ball possession drill and a 7 on 7 mini game.
Kaka worked in the gym and Borriello and Gattuso worked on rehab drills.

I expect AbRoPiPa to win it. That's Abbiati, Ronaldinho, Pirlo and Pato... it will be the young one's first goal in a Derby della Madonnina! From a Ronaldinho through ball. And Pirlo will score a free-kick. After which Abbiati will make two excellent saves.

You'll never like this guy will you? You probably remember I was objecting to his transfer but now he's a Milan player and while I still don't like him as a man very much, I think he can do great especially next to Kaka. I surely believe those two can play together and produce miracles. You are right no your criticism though I agree that even if he has scored important goals, his displays have been mediocre. It's not that I don't lie him, it's just that he's come here all glitz and glamour and just hasn't impressed me with his onfield play. Take away his freekicks(which have been excellent) and there isn't much left. I also think that because of him the club were willing to sell Ricky, even after all he has done for us!

On paper, if both sides play to their usual strengths, Inter will win, or we will have a fighting draw. But the biggest thing in our favour, is barring Zlatan, Inter have no magical players. Milan have Zee, Ronnie, Becks and Pirlo. All of whom besides the usual play by numbers, can also produce that special something out of nowhere (regardless of how much we like them). So if we win, that's where the key will lie. One of them produce something magical.
I'm not putting Pato on that list, coz I want to piss Zed.D off.
However I can see Inter really looking to graft, since a draw is good enough for them to throw Milan out of the scudetto race. While Mourinho will like to win, he knows he can afford to draw this match without taking any risk, in the quest for his big prize-the scudetto, rather than risk it on an open game.
It's hard to say, but I think a 2-2 draw or a 3-1 loss.

They're pretty much at full strength for this one we're going to really need to pull something out of the hat especially because we're using a similar setup as the Juve game where we got trounced.
