i going ballistic here. i've just signed up and they better prepare to get a licking cuz i'm letting loose on these panzy fck heads.

Maldinosaurus? realmad.gif wtf is wrong with these losers?

I think that board doen't really do justice for Juve fans, they're mostly idiots that don't recognise their @sses from their faces.

For some reason people associate Milan with old players. Yet teams likew Juve, Chelsea, Inter aren#t exactly putting kids out there
Jack Sparrow
Chelsea are I think called the Pensioners.

But for the record, I'm gloomy about this one. I don't see how we're winning this to be honest. Suddenly losing Rino, leaves us a little short of character.

Oh wait...Seedorf and Sheva are in... devil.gif

1-1 draw... or a 2-0 loss...

as per Corriere

PATO
KAKA RONALDINHO
SEEDORF AMBROSINI FLAMINI
JANKULOVSKI KALADZE MALDINI ZAMBROTA
ABBIATI

I prefer to see Inziaghi from minuto uno, rather than Pato,
anyway Ancelotti knows better, he is guru smile.gif

^^

That still looks like a good formation hopefully we can take some points if not three then at least one , last years game was very open

I think we won't win. and if we don't, I'd rather we lose so someone can chase Inter! because no matter what people say, I think the losing team will be out of the title race, period. (given that the 1st placed team beats the 20th placed team in the other game!)

Personally, i dont find the Juve defense any stronger than most Serie A teams ..

blink.gif

Statistically, they have the best defense after Inter.

They have conceded 3 goals less than us and Chiellini is arguably better than any of our defenders right now, let alone the rest of Serie A teams'.

Don't know where this personal opinion comes from... unsure.gif

Oooh...zeddie go easy bro!! I was hoping Pirlo would be back for this game.
Zed.D
I hope Pato won't play as a lone striker in the Christmas tree. it's stupid to put him under such pressure. if it was Chievo or something I wouldn't have minded but Juve...

After all, I think Corriere's got it wrong. it will be Pippo instead of Pato.
Jack Sparrow
I want to see Sheva-Pippo again. For old time's sake. But then who am I kidding...
Ry4n
Hey guys i know we talk alot about our formation , but i have no idea what Juve's is going to be apprently Chiellini is suspended ??!?!
Jack Sparrow
Why would he be suspended? I thought he was rested for the CL tie this Thursday.
m1ke
Legrottaglie is banned for this one, not Chiellini (unfortunately! dry.gif)
Tennie
Yeah, Chiellini will play. Camoranesi is still a doubt with his shoulder injury, but he may play.

I think Corriere is wrong (but I don't particularly trust that paper anyway). I think Pippo will start/play. Mediaset, however, mostly agrees with Corriere, the only change being Pirlo for Emerson. So does Gazzetta.

Nicola Rizzoli is refereeing the game. Bad news for us because he tends to favor the home team in games he officiates.

Ry4n
Oh right i got that info from a freind Juve fan tongue.gif guess hes wrong , so it was Legrottaglie thats banned
vahid
Pippo should play as our lone striker, even his dead body can score against Juventus!
han2503
Are we certain that Dinho will be fit to play?
Tennie
No, I don't think we are. Far as I know, the following are questionable in terms of injury: Pirlo Ambrosini Seedorf Ronaldinho Pato. Someone else may know more?

This isn't too bad considering the injuries, though our CB partnership is a little worrying when you consider the amount of quality they have in attack.

Supposedly Kaka missed training today, leading to speculation he'll miss the match against Juventus.

If Kaka is unavailable, I'd line up with this:

Pippo Pato
Ronaldinho
Ambrosini Pirlo Flamini
Jankulovski Kaladze Maldini Zambrotta
Abbiati

Pippo scored twice last time he played Juve =) ... but we allowed 3 goals sleep.gif

but Carlo would go with Seedorf and R10 behind a lone striker.
Tennie
Kaka did warmups and running with the team but didn't do the practice game. The other guys who aren't fully fit (Ambro, Pirlo, Seedorf, Ronaldinho) did do the full training.

As for the Gobbi, Sissoko skipped their training today.

Hopefully he'll be out for them, we need something to swing our way and them losing Sissoko gives me hope that we'll win the midfield battle

As for Kaka, any news?

If both he and Dinho are out we are so screwed!!!! sad.gif sad.gif
vnata001
we gave juventus such a tough game in turin last year with that weakened wobbly squad we had..inzaghi on the double. Kalac allowed two soft Juve goals. We're a better squad..and we're a big game squad. The trend has been beat the inters, napolis, etc..draw the lecces. It's been the way we've been for a few seasons.

We will come out firing. If we score first the match is ours, cuz against big teams (i hope), we won't have those drop offs in concentration. we held on against inter for a 1-0 match..I am NOT convinced by Juve's midfield and we can stretch them if Pato plays off another striker.

Kaka and Ronaldinho will play, and score. Kaka will open the scoring. Kaladze will allow Del Piero to equalize from the spot for a handball as he clumsily tries to stop amauri from heading the ball..and RONALDINHO will be the match winner. from the set piece. Sheva may just make the scoreline flattering.

FORZA MILAN. I FEEL A BIG WIN. FORZA MATCHES whose threads are started by acid. have faith.
TriniKing_CE
That would make a GREAT game for me^
Kaka, Dinho & Sheva scoring
...and Del too. innocent.gif wub.gif
3-1: FANTASTIC!

I'm not so sure this would be the outcome, but I wouldn't cross it off either!

Well it doesn't come from stats zd ... it comes from me knowing the capabilities Milan has upfront, and thus not being worried about the Juve defense ... Hence the notion i dont find the Juve defense any stronger than most Serie A teams
han2503
Talking about Juve's defence I'm personally on R7's side on this one

To me saying a great defence means that at least your CB pairing needs to be top quality and nowadays few teams have that, imo only Chelsea and Man U with Terry/Carvalho and Rio/Vidic can say they have a great defence.

Just having one great CB does not make the defence great, there will always be your Kaladzes, Materazzis, etc that could cost you. Juve have Chiellini and probably Mellberg will be playing next to him, (kurt is going to kill me for this but...) I think gaps will be left because Mellberg will be the weak link, I'm not saying he's a bad defender, he's had some really good games with Juve up till now but he's not of the same quality as Chiellini. This imo gives us a better chance at scoring.

Having said that I'm more worried about our defence, Kaladze most likely will touch the ball with his had in the area because for some reason he thinks we're playing valleyball now instead of football, I would be far more comfortable seeing Favalli start instead of him. Maldini is still great but if he doesn'r read a play perfectly and intercepts, he doesn't have the pace to run back, so he really needs to play out of his skin and once again defy his age for us because atm he is the best defender we have.

As for formation I would personally like to see this

Zambro--Maldini--Favalli--Janku
Ambro--Flamini--Seedorf
Kaka
Sheva--Pato

But I know Carlo will go for this

Zambro--Maldini--Kala--Janku
Ambro--Emerson--Seedorf
Kaka--Dinho
Pippo

I don't think Pippo should start. We need Pato up there to run at their defenders and make their lives as uncomfortable as he possibly can, Chiellini will eat Pippo up if he plays alone in the xmas tree. It would be useless to put him against Chiellini, he would beat him on everything, pace, heading, strength, stamina. We need Pato up there so he can ruffle a few feathers and allow Dinho/Sheva and Kaka more space

Funny that, very few seem to rate Rio and JT, good to see them actually getting praise for a change!

I think it depends who plays up front for us. Mellberg never had problems with less quick guys or tall guys, so I can't see Pippo or Sheva doing him much damage. The people he struggled with are the small quick ones like Defoe or Rooney when he was in the EPL. So Pato is the best choice to try and beat Mellberg, in my opinion.

But like you said, I think we need to worry about keeping goals out more than we do scoring, we really are not having a good time of it at CB. I think we'll play Maldini and Kaladze in the middle. I don't mind Kaladze in the big games because he does play well.. as long as he doesn't make a big mistake.

I stick by my 3-2 Juve prediction, I just can't see us keeping them out and if we're not playing well going forward, it may be very one-sided. sad.gif
Tennie
I'd prefer to see Pippo play some part of the game, contrary to most, because he has a knack of scoring against the Gobbi. Maybe start Pato and bring Pippo on partway through the second.

This is the lineup I'd like to see:
Abbiati
Zambrotta Kaladze Maldini Jankulovski
Flamini Pirlo Ambrosini
Ronaldinho Seedorf
Pato/Pippo

As for the Gobbi, I'm wondering how much fatigue may be an issue. Grygera, Molinaro, Nedved all played the full 90 of their CL game. Del Piero and Amauri played significant chunks. (Chiellini was rested). Sissoko didn't train today due to a bad cold. I expect all these guys to start - and am frankly surprised more of them weren't fully rested on Wednesday.

Aww, now Habitant, Milan's only an hour away from Turin by train. Wouldn't be THAT hard for 20K Milan fans to make the trip. smile.gif

Haha, yeah. Great image too, and from the look of things, seems to have done the job for a couple of members there. It'd be awesome if a couple of sane members from there visited this forum too. That's if they have some sane members. It'd be good talking to some Juve guys. Maybe you can drop a link to Milanfan if you get a chance?
