Moved. Contract expired. Another player who was always exemplary in his attitude, just not good enough for Milan.

I had such high hopes for him, but what a huge let down he turned out to be.
Never had any hopes, fulfilled all I expected.

I remember we chatted about the real reason we signed him - shirt sales in the Far East. Honda will go down as the worst signing in recent memory on the pitch, but the best off it.

Don't think so, he came for free after all and he did provide a couple of good performances when he first got here.

No he didn't - it took him months to settle in, then he produced two good displays in a row and we honestly thought he was a player.

Constant wasn't even half bad at times. Crucial part of our UCL team when Mexes and Zapata were at the back for us.
Urby was just horrendously coached.

Both were relatively cheap as well.
I think bigger mistakes were someone like Traore for example, who we brought in for free, never played because he was absolute horse cr@p and we paid 5m gross per year
Some of the free agents we brought in cost us the most money over the last decade or so.
Of course there were other problematic players which cost us a lot more than Honda like Robinho for example.
And there are still more individual on this current team who are a financial burden and nothing else

A few outliers sure - Like Jherson Vergara and all but we're not too bad in terms of squad utilities I think.

Yes. We won the scudetto in the 10/11 season, Nocerino signed in the summer of 2011. And he scored 10 goals for us in the league.
I remember that season. Zlatan made everyone around him better including Robinho,KPB and Noce. And if we'd had that Muntari goal allowed...would have been the second scudetto in a row.
