The darkness has fallen upon us and today was by far the coldest day...

now thats humiliation. 4 goals from inter? my signature backfired, or probably it fired properly.

This is just a reflection of our entire season. Complete shambles

I'm a loyal supporter but I've turned it off now. I can't take it anymore.

Losing the derby in such a messy fashion.

Disappointed doesn't cover how I feel right now.

Congrats to Juve on becoming Champions.

Think it's time you open up the cheque book Silvio. Can't keep winning titles with a bad squad.

How anyone can still defend Allegri's choices after watching this is beyond me.

Our defence was a complete mess because he left our best option on the bench for some mythical reason. Our only creative mid on the bench as well as leaving our most influential player of the past few weeks out. Just unexplainable deicisions
Fillipo Simone
Seems we all did turn our telly off.

What a shameful performance. I feel so embarrassed I lack even the motivation to make a detailed analysis.

Outside of Bonera playing everyone onside and Abate being an idiot, what exactly did the defense do so bad? I don't think we had many problems, just the few mistakes we did make were punished with goals.

You can't blame this on a bad squad.

We still have the best squad in Italy on paper. Yet we've thrown away this Scudetto because we couldn't manage to win one single game against the top 4 sides in the league. That's just shameful and inexcusable

Allegri should be the first thing out the door come next week. We're not going anywhere with him leading us, another Zaccheroni
Jack Bauer
Disappointing end to a shitty season but we had been through worse, much worse in the past. The important thing is how we move on from here and whether the management can implement the much needed changes.
Danny
The first half was poor but we should have had a penalty, and we gave away a bloody stupid one.

It's over a whole season, not one match, but I can't escape the feeling we've been our own worst enemies tonight. And I mean the players.

I'm not defending Allegri, we started quite terribly and that can only be down to his lack of motivational skills.

But we were right in it till Abate decided to throw it all away.

Are you serious about this?

Iter missed a ton of chances in the first half, and anytime they attacked us our defence was barely holding on. It was an entire mess. Which could have been easily avoided had he started the proper players

Another thing. Bonera started on the left while Allegri left Mesbah, Zambro and Urby on the stands. How can you say that the decision was forced

The fact are in front of everyone to see. Allegri clearly picked that squad based on his personal preference rather than the good of the team

We might have the best squad, albeit I don't wholly agree with that, but we definitely lack the best first team.

I don't feel Allegri is entirely to blame, although he is part of the whole machine.

But the players just put nothing into that first half till our penalty.

We were a sieve to start with, I can admit that. But it became open and both defences became vulnerable.

Problem is we didn't take the chances we got and we were denied a clear penalty, while also giving a reckless one away.

Not sure. We have arguably, on his day, the best striker. We have some very good midfielders and we have terrific CBs.

The only position we're really terrible in is full back.

I'm beginning to hate Abate. realmad.gif

We were leading and doing very well in the second half (DESPITE EVERYTHING, Muntari, Max, whatever), then Abate made himself Milito's whore again and we collapsed.

Rizzolli being the worst Serie A ref didn't help.

To make matters worse the the channel showing the game suddenly switched to the Juve again to show their celebrations, didn't even let our game finish!!

Fucking awful.

The only positive I can take from this game is De Sciglio. at 19 and his what, 4th game for us put a performance twice as good as Abate's. we give this kid chances and let him gain confidence and he will become great. I can just feel it when I see a talent.

I wonder how you can put this all on Abate's shoulder...

First Inter goal, a mistake from Bonera, second a mistake from Abate, third a mistake from Nesta, 4th a great goal that nothing could have been done about it.

But the fact remains, throughout the entire game we were below average, got a free get out of jail card with the penalty and a solo effort from Ibra

You can't blame this on Abate, Inter could just have easily scored from one of their many chances throughout the game because our defence was completely off the pace due to the unnecassary changes implemeneted by Allegri

Than you have the entire midfield issue where once again, we had no one to play a decent pass, playing Muntari, VB and Nocerino might slide against Genoa and Lecce but playing against an even slightly decent team with that setup is just plain stupid.

As to why he left Cassano out when he's had no trouble playing him non-stop in the games before this is another mystery

You are defending Allegri, because there is no way that this can be just simply blamed on a player who gave a away a cheap penalty. The performance is what gave the game away, a performance which Allegri set us up for with his ridiculous choices.

Anyway, I hope those who keep defending Allegri are happy watching Juve celebrate, if he stays on next season get ready for a repeat

You're right. We came in with a wrong mindset, and we just couldn't be on pair with Inter from minute one, even if we have the team and potential to be on pair. This is inexcusable for me!

I demand to know why Emanuleson and Zambrotta weren't called up!? I want to know what the hell is happening with all these injuries? This is madness! And I wanna know why on heavens earth Mexes ended up benched?

You win derbies and big matches with details. Allegri simply lacks the vision or preparation to find those details. One is his stupid hesitation with Cassano. He's done it before, it wasn't just because it's his last sub. There are plenty of them more.

Didn't I tell you he's just another Zach a long time ago? But now we're stuck with him even longer then Zaccheroni. And his approach is seriously changing Milan's general mentality. I don't like it, that's the main reason why I can't stand Allegri any more. I don't like what my team turned into.

Some side-notes:

*Muntari should piss off. Did he honestly think he'd win us over by constantly hitting and pushing aggressively Inter players? What a stupid player!

**Abate - can't find words for him. He did it again, just like the time before and before. He's just pathetic; it was a penalty, a light penalty but anyway - Milan should one day try buy some normal, good fullback. This guy costed us more derbies then any player I know. And I knew players like Andre Cruz, Taribo West and Kaladze.

Silvio should open up his cheque book once again, but i dont know if that will be enough. Both silvio and galliani have this huge fascination for more and more strikers, while I believe that our present attack line minus pato is enough for both serie-A as well as europe. may be a more poacher than lopez would be great, but hei, he hasnt been tasted that much this season.

no disrespect to pato, i just dont want such a brilliant player to be expired just because of our horrible medical team. he should try at PSG, both ancelotti and leonardo are there, and hopefully their lab is better than ours.

we should build from the back and midfield - this is the truth and unfortunately galliani forgets this during every transfer window.

regarding allegri - he hasnt improved a lot since he joined. like, he is still the one making crucial decision making mistakes and holds this mid-level club mentality. he should be shown the way out, and next coach has to be someone from the milan family, who has been in the team for long time. who is the assistant coach of this team by the way?

Yes the injuries factor in, but than again you have to look at what Allegri is doing in training with these guys as well

Still injuries cannot be blamed for some of the latest game we've played where Allegri had many of the players back, especially tonight

And injuries cannot be blamed for our abysmal record against the top 4 sides, because that is the difference in this title race. And why we los it. Juve won those games while we flopped big time

We bottled this title long ago. We've been going downhill since the game against Arsenal, the moment we drew that game against Catania we've been in freefall and Allegri did nothing to get the players back on track

But it isn't an isolated incident or mistake. Nesta made a error also, but did he do it last match as well? Because Abate has gifted Milito 3 goals so far in direct matches. He's a liability for us; not as much as Mesbah, Antonini or Bonera (when fullback), but he really is. His running mostly is useless. He get's into nice chances because he has a huge work rate, but his crossing is Serie B level and his shot Serie C.

Let's face it. Allegri is a one hit wonder. He should be kissing Ibra's @ss constantly for last season's title.

Partly to blame? His decisions have been the main catalyst for our sh!tty season. Never mind the injuries and hard schdule. Some of his decision making has been appaling. Last season he made some idiotic ones but this season has just gotten out of control, and next season it could become worse if he's given the chance

And it's funny how you say Allegri is just partly to blame, but Abate has to go for a simple mistake.

getting beaten by inter twice in the same season hurts more than losing the scudetto.

i m opting for allegri to leave, we need a coach who can DREAM BIG.

It's a combination of injuries (no team can sustain so many hits without damage, it was abnormal), blatant ref misakes that cost us dearly and some of Allegri's choices. Now each side gonna exaggerate one factor over another because of personal preference. Gonna be gloomy over here during the next few month.

What 3 gifted goals?

There was only one this season in the first derby and the one today...

Are you remembering some goal from the Leo era... Becuase Abate could barely be even called a winger back then let alone a defender

My main point is that some people are trying to shift all the focus on a player who made one isolated mistake - just like what Nesta and Bonera did if we want to get specific - so that the real issue is overlooked. And the issue here is certainly not Abate, but the clown we have coaching us. He left Mexes and Cassano on the bench!!! It's just inexcusable, we can't go into next season with him coaching us, it could end up into another disaster season, especially if his training routines are partly to blame for the injuries as well
