I blame Pato's injury on Allegri. He was isolated up front with zero support. Such an injury prone player clattering with 3+ defenders all bigger than him was bound to pick up a knock. Had Robinho been on drawing and distractin defenders with his runs we would have done something to upgrade our attack as well as reduced the physical strain on the duckling

I can not agree. Everything you mentioned is his responsibility. But at the end of the day, In comapriosn with the kind of team Leonardo has at his disposal, Allegri's squad is almost a complete step down in quality.

Against Inter I'd field 11 defenders and tell them to park it in front of the goal just to get a draw!

ok so maybe I was drunk on my Allegri haterade but I blame him 100% for this game. Cassano asside everyone worked their @$$es off today. but that's just it......$#!tlegri's only concerned with effort and hard work which will get you far but talent and creativity is sometimes needed to overcome these defensive walls. Again Ronaldinho's transfer looks almost as idiotic as Allegri's starting lineup....the supply to the strikers was dire at best and when pato beat two defenders he simply ran into two more because no one else made the overlapping run. Letting him of the hook is just as dumb as me blaming him for Pato's injury

And to think only six days ago we could have been +7 from Inter. Tomorrow we'll be only +2, with the derby knocking the door, Pirlo injured, Ibrahimovic suspended and Pato risking to sit it as well. Oh man...

Blame the team? What do you expect a midfield of Gattuso, Flamini, Van Bommel and Seedorf to do exactly?????? Turn into Xavi, Iniesta and Messi??? FFS, they have limits, they're just destroyers, you play all of them what do you expect to get, beutiful football. Allegri is at fault for putting out that team, everyone expected the same sh!tty performances we saw in the last few games, and guess what? He delivered on that!!! He had other option on the bench, Robinho should have started, his running would have cleared space for Pato and Cassano to at least move more then a foot with the ball before it was taken away, Boateng should have started in midfield, if he wasn't fit enough then Urby should have been given the chance, he at least would have added some dimension into that flat uncreative midfield!!

Blamin the players is low, and imo another attempt to excuse Allegri's blatant mistakes. Ibra might have been cr@p lately but he still hid most of his short comings, he at least managed to bring in the others by holding up the long ball, today we saw Allegri's tactics for what they really are. Again you're blaming the players, but please enlighten me, what did you expect Gattuso and Flamini to do? Score 30 yard goals, send Pato or Cassano through wih a magnificent through ball? Bring in our FBs with their amazing ability to spread play? It's a ridiculous accusation, Allegri is reaping what he's sown imo, if you put in stale lemon in the juicer you can't expect to get some Hawiian tropic juice in return, you end up with stale leom juice. It's basic tactics 101. What big clubs do you see playing with 3 F'ing distructive midfielders???


It's not the players' faults, Flamini, Gattuso and VB do their job, which is recovering balls, aside from that they cannot produce any game changing plays, and it's ridiculous to expect them to. They cannot bring in the attack into the game, Allegri relies on Ibra for that with the long ball. Once Ibra was out, and he sill insisted with that ridiculous midfield setup this was bound to happen. Again, he should have at least played Boateng or Urby, if not both, a coach who wants to win would do that, Allegri was just hoping to win.

Exactly what I feared some weeks ago, that a derby loss would see them surpass us. we started dropping points at the worst moment possible.

Fingers crossed for another Inter slip-up tomorrow (I know it's not gonna happen.. |: ).

On a brighter note, you never know with derbies. our champions could raise their game then.
