Julio Cesar being an ultra? Someone care to fill me in on that?
Zed.D
Well, watch the clip smile.gif I personally thought it was hilarious.
MizNelson
Jesus, what the HELL is he wearing?! And what's with the color scheme of that jersey? He looks as if he's planning to rob a bank en route to a Dr. Seuss movie audition.

Materazzi is probably telling Rossi to go **** himself and that he's lucky it was not him that hit him.

You are probably wrong.

Four games is relatively light punishment for the merda coward.

Inter have accumulated 8 wins (if you consider the win on penalties against Napoli in Coppa Italia as a win) and one defeat in 9 games so far with Leonardo. unsure.gif

It reminds me of our run under Leo, including that epic in the Bernabeu... Then I also remember how we fell apart after that run. Inter have their whole squad back while we barely had a midfield left, when Inter had that kind of trouble in their squad they were languishing in mid table, while we managed to hold our first spot

True, but Inter have a 10x better squad than we had last season. wink.gif

Still, the key in Leonardo's work is menatality and not quality. If he hasn't changed and worked on himself, this fact could cost him.

Well yes, but in the last part of my post I pointed out how Inter crumbled when they had all those injuries before. Leo's problem was not that he didn't have the squad at his disposal but that he couldn't move past his plan A which was the 4-3-3. which is why we saw, Beckham, Huntelaar and even Seedorf trying to play the right wing when Pato got injured

Oh what a surprise! Roma have Burdisso sent off and get a penalty when a penalty would have been sufficient. Morratti has obviously been at work again...

Sufficient? where'd you get that from? biggrin.gif the rule says last man penalty > red card.

It's ridiculous how Roma conceded that 5th goal. fucking amateurish.

oh, Bald ******* ! 5-3 and it was Cambiasso sad.gif I had a little faith in me that Roma would make it 4-4

Last man usually equates to outside the box hence red card is sufficient. To give a penalty as well is like punishing Roma twice.

WE ARE DISAPPOINTED | AC MILAN

Disappointment reigns in the Milan camp after the Rossoneri were held to a 1-1 draw at the Marassi this afternoon. But coach Allegri, Massimo Oddo and Daniela Bonera refuse to panic and are already looking forward to next Saturday’s game against Parma. Also former Milan defender Kakha Kaladze talked to media after the game.

(IN THE PHOTO the Rossoneri’s funny celebration after Pato’s goal)

MILAN – Here is what the Rossoneri and former Milan player Kakha Kaladze had to say after the 1-1 draw:

MASSIMILIANO ALLEGRI

‘We encountered some difficulties in the second half, because we're too eager to score. In the first half, on the other hand, we played well and we gave Genoa nothing. All in all, I thought that the lads did well.
The goal we conceded in the dying seconds of the first half made us a bit nervous and because of this we started the second half in a hurry to find another goal. Instead, we should have kept our nerve and tried to do things in the right way.
We definitely must improve from this point of view. Some of our injured players are about to recover and this is the most important thing’.

MASSIMO ODDO

‘We’re pretty disappointed about this draw. Our opponents hardly have a shot on goal, but we still can’t manage to win. Today we conceded an incredible goal, as the ball fell to Floro Flores’ feet after an unlucky rebound.
We were really unfortunate. We didn’t allow them any shots on goal while creating a lot of chances for ouselves. We definitely would have deserved to win. In any case, I see the glass half full, this point is very useful for us and soon we’ll have some important players back from injury. We’re on the right track.
It was the first time I saw a team with six men at the back. They were very closed in defence, it was difficult to make crosses. I tried to, but there were a lot of them inside the area and it wasn’t easy to find our forwards.
Hopefully, Inter and Roma will lose points this evening. A draw would be ideal for us’.

DANIELE BONERA

'It’s a shame that we conceded a goal like that at a delicate moment of the match. Had we finished the first half up 1-0, the game would have certainly been different. In the dressing room, we told ourselves that we needed to forget the goal we had conceded and play in the second half as we know. Unfortunately, we didn’t do very well and the quality of the turf didn’t help either. Playing high balls is not our game.
We keep telling ourselves not to base our play always and only on Ibra, but today we had to do it in order to win the game.
This team has this spirit and the excessive will to score the second goal took something away from us regarding the quality of our play.
We’re disappointed for not having won a game that could have ended in a different way. We had several chances to make it 2-0, but couldn’t take any of them. Anyway, the team showed maturity and there’s no reason to worry. If we play as we know, we’re second to none.
As for the Inter-Roma game this evening, I have no preferences. I’m just sorry about this draw, but now we have to recover quickly and get back to winning ways next Saturday'.

KAKHA KALADZE

'It was a difficult match for us, in the end we managed to draw playing a great second half and I’m happy for our performance. It was good to see my former teammates again, I still have a good relationship with them, the club and everybody. We hugged and greeted each other, it was a pleasure to see them again'.

If the team is disappointed, perhaps accompanying that headline with a photo of the players in a conga line isn't a smart idea.

Nah I think it's always like this: normal penalty > yellow. last man penalty > red. last man foul outside the box > red.

Anyway, **** Inter! wink.gif

Well, he has every right to do so. It's really quite populistic and idealistic to expect from a coach to be blunt, honest, without any premeditation, ect. Nowdays they are like politicians; you gotta understand them and move on, not dwell on their general thoughts.

As for me, well, maybe it sounded like that, but the fact that we still are first is a consolation to me for now.

After all the business we did with Genoa in various transfer windows, why is anyone surprised this game was a draw?

Big game tomorrow night. Win for Inter and they're well in the title race, win for Juve and they give themself a huge boost for CL football next season. Same result as last season please.

My thoughts exactly. sleep.gif I'd be very, very surprised if inter doesn't. Draw is a distant possibility, and a Juventus win will be the surprise of the year. The guys in the blue and black have been scoring goals by the bucketloads and not to mention that they will be desperate to win after what happened earlier this season.
Fillipo Simone
I don't think it's such a sure thing. To me, it wouldn't be a surprise at all. I've seen them go down before, while Juve is half as bad as their ranking and form tells us.
acid911
It will be all very clear in a little while. smile.gif Point is that inter are riding high, and Juventus only have one thing on their mind right now, and that is to qualify for the CL next season. I agree, stranger things have happened. But when it comes to our direct rivals this year (inter, Napoli and Lazio, the dirty three), I am always prepared for the worst. Hopefully team Milan is too.

Last night was a good win, one that we desperately needed. biggrin.gif Our schedule is about to get wild!
