Moratti: Milan envy us rolleyes.gif

Inter patron Massimo Moratti cranked up the tension ahead of the derby by teasing rivals Milan over their Serie A slip-ups.

The Rossoneri hit the headlines last week by adding the Club World Cup to their Champions League and European Super Cup titles for 2007.

“Do we envy Milan? No. Perhaps they envy us because last season they finished 30 points behind us and are again trailing well behind this year…”

The two clubs have been increasingly at loggerheads with the rivalry becoming more bitter, but Moratti tried to calm the situation.

“All joking aside, we admire Milan. They have achieved great success that nobody expected. It is true that I personally called Silvio Berlusconi to compliment him on the victory against Boca Juniors. Milan deserved it.”

Moratti is a little less torn that last year, as his former favourite Ronaldo is out injured for the Rossoneri.

“Ronaldo is a player to be feared, as he can always pull something out of the hat. Not having to face him is an advantage for us.

“I wouldn’t want to send a message to Il Fenomeno, as I don’t want Milan to get jealous! I will only add he has the intelligence and the professional attitude to get out of this difficult time.”

It's hard to be confident about this game. I very rarely think Milan will lose, even on bad form we're capable of getting a draw, I dunno about this. Hopefully Kaka' will put on a show and Gila will bag a goal and end their unbeaten run!

We need a perfect game, we must be perfect, because they are so strong that if you don’t play at your best, you risk of losing badly.

You do have to register on Bet365, but it's free.

Just click on the 'Live Streaming' thing and then if they're showing it, you will be able to choose it on the left hand side. Just click on it and it should load up.
