@milanistar It's o.k to disagree. There is no reason to insult someone just because you have a different opinion about a game. In football there is always various opinions and we are here all supporting the same team.

I'm with mish on this. Couldn't have said it any better.

I've watched the replay 10 times already, and I think it was more of  foul on Ronaldo, Falcone might have intented to go for the ball but he still cought Ronaldo from behind. I think it was a foul.

Btw, that was a total dive by the Samp player when Oddo was given red.
*

Well OK, we just don't agree! But I suggest you find find a video with higher resolution than 12x12! biggrin.gif
KillerMax
I don't believe Bonazzoli dove or anything like that... He was contacted by Oddo and he lost his balance. But I don't think Oddo fouled him intentionally, but that doesn't make a difference.

Falcone's tackle on Ronaldo looked bad cause Ronaldo weighs 500 kilos... biggrin.gif I mean everytime he goes down you think he is done for good... But when you watch the replay, you can clearly see that Falcone cleared the ball first... And also clipped Ronaldo who was sprinting from his right... It was a clean tackle... It just looked bad...

On the other hand, Bonera's yellow was a bad decision by the red... Bonera was excellent throughout the whole match.

Actually I was watching it on Milan channel so the resolution was fine.

Anyway let's just agree to disagree on this one, but I think we all agree that Bonera didn't deserve a yellow since his tackle was clean as a whistle and he clearly got the ball

Man I can't wait to see Bonera and Nesta develop a partnership with eachother, I think they will be an amazing duo.

And I'de be really surprised if Donadoni doesn't call him up for the next Azzurri matches, especially when you compare his performances to those of Cannavaro and the other usual defenders he calls up

IMO Bonera > Barzagli

He was also very good in the games he played without him but yeah I guess the "Maldini-effect" is always a booster! biggrin.gif

@Milanstar .. Everyone has his own opinion, u dont need to assert something on anyone. There is nothing to prove if ur right or wrong, both cases the game was over and Milan took the 3 points. We didnt play so well ?! Tell me, has Milan been playing well this season ?! Can u compare them to last season ?!

All I'm saying is, u don't have to take things personally, cuz at the end of the day it's an internet forum ... WHO THE F@CK cares ?!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Milan played a very tactical game and Carlo was spot on in pulling out Oli for Cafu (btw, he had a BIG game!!) ... I think Milan did well by controlling the game. Sure, no one likes a football match without goals and waiting till the '89 for Ambro to score isn't my cup of tea. But in the end, it is worth it, cuz in the end, Ambro has been out for so loooong and comes back with such a form. He is IN FACT a very critical player for us, when all hope is lost, Ambrosini puts Milan forward again.

R99 was marked heavily .. Kaka was Kaka devilsmiley.gif .. Bonera - Simic ?! Simic, I didnt see except twice in the whole match .. Cafu was gREAT .. and Dida as always #1 king.gif

Congrats ppl ... We rarely get 3 points against Sampadoria and if we do, it would be very tough cool.gif

He's still here cause he's Berlusconi's favorite. That's not a big secret or anything.

I couldn't confute the argument that I am biased towards some certain players nevertheless I can still see beyond my inequity and weigh up their worth and give them kudos for what they offer to the team. Just like I do with Serginho. I get frustrated by the LB Serginho cause he can't defend (the truth is that he plays cause he's also a Silvio favorite and if it wasn't for Carletto's reluctance to adopt a winger system or something then he would be of much bigger use) but that does not mean I don't appreciate what he provides to the attack.

But Kaladze is another issue. When he first he came to the team and played at LB and LMF I used to like him. I always thought that he would evolve into something big, he'd be our unexpected revelation. But he never did. He's already 28 and he's just where je started from. No evolutiion, no revelation, no nothing. He's had some very good games with the Milan shirt. I've seen him perform better than I expected in some occasions but still not what I initially thought I'd see from him. He may look good next to Nesta or Maldini but to be honest... who doesn't?

The thing is, I may be bashing him all the time but that is just to emphasize the fact that he shouldn't be there, not as a starting XI player... he would be a very important sub, I'd like to see him help coming off the bench. The important thing is to understand that this is not my opinion. It's proved by the fact that we all look at Bonera like he's our savior or something. Bonera is a very good player but so are most Serie A center-backs, I don't remember anyone jumping around when we signed him. We've never seen Kaladze do what Bonera does but I would expect nothing less from a Milan player. And Kaladze is something less...

But Kakha is a sub biggrin.gif ... He steps in when either Maldini or Nesta r injured. I get what ur saying .. When he first came ('99 I think) .. he played at left back ... He was good, but not Ashley Cole. In anycase, I dont believe he'll play ahead of Nesta or Maldini if they r fit. But when he is on the field, he really puts his heart out for this shirt. He's strong physically, a good header, and is a good marker. His tackles arent as precise as Nesta or Maldini, but thats okay .. He's a sub biggrin.gif

So .. please cut him some slack, he has won alot with Milan and he was an integral part of the winning team smile.gif

Exactly - in Kaladze and Å imić Milan has two great subs who together cover the C and the wing positions, so practicall every defensive option. They are great to have them around for that purpose.. cool.gif
