In the Messina match it went past the redicualous stage when a player was shown yellow for a foul in the box and then there was no penalty given
*

That was absolutely ridiculous... I have never seen something like it before!!

QUOTE (han2503 @ Dec 3 2006, 11:46 PM)
Still a debatable goal. I know but considering the ref things that have been happening to us this season, I frankly don't give a damn if it was off side or not.
I think Kaka would have definately helped. He is the one that makes our game fast, wothout him we lack any sort of pace.
*

Roma's goal wasn't offside!!

Anyway... I don't think that's the case... we played entirely different... we even scored twice without him. That means something and showed to our players that they shouldn't be waiting for Ricky to cast his spells every time!!

What I'm trying to say is that if Ricky was here then if they had managed to close him down then the game for us would be over as usual cause everyone's depending on him when he's playing. Now that we were forced to play without him alternative attacking options were tried out and wow they worked!! wink.gif

Cagliari's penalty was never a penalty and Pirlo got a straight red when he wasn't even the last man  rolleyes.gif

... I heard that this rule doesn't exist anymore.
And that when it's a hard tackle, red is allowed, but in 9 from 10 it's yellow

Yes it was. I'm talking about their second.

When you're watching the match you don't even noptice it because the TV angles don't show it. But I was watching a program on Milan channel and with their angles you could see that is was off side by at least a metre and a half. X-offender and MANY others would confirm this.

Got it and you're right.

I think everyone get's too dependent on him, just like we were on Sheva before.

Boriello's goal was pretty amazing btw king.gif

dst you may hold the value of the coppa as high as a vase but it's gonna be the only thing we have a chance of winning this season.
*

wow!! why don't we get a vase instead!! tongue.gif

"We won nothing this year" and "We won the Coppa Italia this year" sounds the same to me!! And it is the same for Milan...

Exactly 9 out of 10 times a yellow would have been given. and last time I checked the rule still was that if he was the last man and there is a goal scoring opportunity then it should be red, and that definately wasn't a last man situation and it was far from a goal scoring opportunity

it doesn't exist in the way han described it. The book reads "A red card is shown when a tackle is taken on a player in an evident goal position" not "last man" or anything like that!

Still it was definately not a clear goal scoring opportunity rolleyes.gif

for dst this is what X-offender said about Roma's second

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Nov 16 2006, 05:40 PM)
Oh oh guys, I don't know if anyobody has already noticed it, but Aquilani was in clear offside in Roma's second goal. I watched it on Milan Channel, he might have been at least 1.5 meters from our last defender, funny how the linesman didn't notice it. There isn't an actual replay of his position anywhere, but I can assure you he was largely offside.

the coppa italia is mickey mouse that's not in question but to say if we won it we won nothing makes you sound a bit spoilt

I erased the "can't you get it part", I find it offensive myself!! biggrin.gif
Well it may be that I'm spoilt but in any case Milan made me so and I honestly feel the way I said above; Coppa Italia really feels like a TIM Cup stature trophy!!

i prefer the mickey mouse seasons a disaster trophy

That's why I don't care about the CI in the first place!! wink.gif
