Real shame tonight. sad.gif

We didnt played that bad , but roma's goals... OMG , errors !! mad.gif

But we can't just give up , forza Milan !!!
bigmacmtl
you what i've noticed. whats really lacking in our attack is speed. no one can run except for kaka. inzaghi cant run. gila cant run, oli isnt bad, pirlo is slow, so is seedorf... only kaka is fast. we need speed. notice when we ocounter the opp. def always manage to back track and everyone runs back and defends and we can never find opennings.

This is shameful.

At least we played better than usual ... and I saw Brocchi score a distant shot twice in 4 days !! I can rest in peace now ...

Kaka was the worst player of the field ... Pirlo is better than he was at the start, Seedorf was lame once again and he gave Roma their second goal.

As for the first one ... Nesta's mistake ?? What are you guys talking about ? He couldn't shove the ball up his @ss neither he's Copperfield to make it disappear ... the f@cking ball was in the air for 5 seconds and noone even thought to make a move to mark down Taddei !! Or should Nesta shove him up his @ss too !!?  rolleyes.gif

kaka the worst player? LOL he shot 5 times!!!

and i think pirlo was really bad, what's up with him.
seedorf played okay, but then his mistake was letting the ball go to totti, who scored 1-2

a team is 20+ players. so what ur saying is its soo dangerous to make 2-3 changes cuz i mean it would be soo dangerous to make changes toa team that hasnt won deomestically in 8 games. the only reason big changes wont happen is cuz management is cheap and *****.

thrice on the defenders and another two way abobe the bar !! Hmm now that I think of it, you're right he was amazing !! rolleyes.gif

Relax, I'm not bashing the lad ... he's our best player and probably the best in the world, still his performance tonight was really bad !!

And what's with Mexes ?? He's been mediocre all season and then he shines in San Siro ... maybe he's asking for a transfer ?? In 10 years he'll be there !! biggrin.gif

Yes, Mexes did great job...

Abou that first goal...it wasn`t Nestas fault, it was Maldini`s...

God, this has to end! We are sinking right now!? sad.gif

i'm not saying he was wonderful...
but he was still not the worst.
I really like andrea, but today was clearly not good for him.
why does everybody keep saying seedorf was good?
okay he showed great effort, but if he wouldn't let that ball stolen away, we could have a draw!

Roma is the best defence in Serie A. Only 7 goals conceeded.

Pirlo and Kaka' were bad tonight. In our midfield only Brocchi was good... well good as "at least running". rolleyes.gif

Our defence simply called for a goal, that was not just one mistake from Clarence, it was a chain of false and hard passes, and amateur like defending. I had to say this...Clarence was a bit more concrete..and that shot, man that shot...

Kaka had just a bad game. Lost a couple of balls, made some errors, holded too long on the ball when it wasn`t needed and made that selfish finish in the first half rolleyes.gif !?

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi caused shockwaves by claiming Andriy Shevchenko has asked for a return to Serie A.

“I spoke to Shevchenko most recently yesterday,” he said from the stands of San Siro for tonight’s match with Roma.

“He rang me up and I was very pleased to hear from him, as I was with many people at the time who sent him an affectionate round of applause. Naturally a chant of ‘Sheva, return to us’ started up and he said he’d like that very much.” unsure.gif

It’s no secret that the Ukrainian has struggled to adapt to the Premiership since his £30m summer move to Chelsea.

He has scored just four goals in 14 official appearances for the club and is said to be finding it difficult to make friends in London.

Berlusconi’s statement will surely fire up already existing speculation that Shevchenko could return to the Rossoneri next season, or even as early as January.

It would be a valuable boost for Milan, who are having problems hitting the back of the net this term with Alberto Gilardino, Ricardo Oliveira and Pippo Inzaghi all stuttering. sad.gif

BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU, WE ARE A DIFFERENT TEAM!!!WHERE ARE YOU SHEVA???
YOU HAD THE SOLUTION IN THAT CASES

Trust me, it doesn't bother me .. I'v been a fan for so long, Milan have gone through this at least 4 times while I was following the team .. It happens to the best .. REALITY .. Man, it is when Milan wake up and start gobbling up the points like nothing .. We will get a decent league spot come the end of the season ..

At the mean time, just chill, I think I already got where u stand with all this .. My stance is always to cheer for this team, whether we win the CL or loose by penalties .. whether we finish 1st place or get relagated, as long as the team plays beutiful football, I'll always be a fan, thats my reality smile.gif

Roma was solid in defense. Milan did dominate most of the game. Totti outclassed our defense. It was pretty creative stuff.

These problems were just obvious from the beginning of the season. you could see defensive lapses last season and think if its this bad now, how will it be next season.

At least Brocchi and Oliveira were taking some decent shots on goal. I think they were more effective in this match than any of other attackers.

With Inzaghi and Gila in there we get a bunch of offsides calls and the dramatic "I just got fouled" look in slow motion.

Pirlo is another that is really out of the picture. Kaka is just by himself.

Great according to the press we're getting Ronaldinho, Oddo, Drogba, and now Scheva in the transfer window.

We're also getting our pick of Rijard and V Basten as our coach.

Yeah just like all the great players we got in the transfer window last january right.

By the end of the year we will be 4th. Inter, Palermo and Roma are too far away, but from 4th place we have a deficit of 10 points at the moment and if you consider that we have to battle for that spot with Atalanta, Siena, Lazio, Sampdoria, Udinese...I think that by the end of the year we will make it!
We can't afford not to play CL next year! If this happens - goodbye all the good signings, goodbye good season!

This is getting so bad that if we don't win the next match then we better watch out because the relegetion zone line is chasing our @sses and it's catching up to us.

This was probably one of our most liveliest displays in the serie A this season, next to the second half display against Inter. If we're going on who played the better match, then we should merit this win, but fact is the score is 1-2, and that is what counts.

These errors in defence have got to stop, because they are ususally what's causing us most of the mathes, both goals could have been avoided. the first goal was Nesta's mistake, the second was Seedorf's for loosing the ball like that in the middle of the field, but someone should hve been mrking Totti also.

Porto you said that soar losers blame losses on refs, but doesn't it irritate you when you CONSTANTLY get the short end of the stick on 50/50 calls? No this loss was not to blame on the refs AT ALL, it's to blame on our slack defending, but don't tell me these things don't irritate you!!

So who is to blame for this loss again, Carlo, the players, the management? I think the last optoin is the most sensible one. So much work needs to be done on the team during this Summer that I wouldn't know where to start from if I was them. The team is starting to fall apart in front of our very own eyes, with all these injuries and other problems.

For all who are blaming Carlo, so what is the problem now? He didn't use the xmas tree formation he started Oli with Gila, he didn't put 2 defensive mids together! And don't just say we need fresh ideas, do you think that "fresh ideas" would have changed the fact that we hit the post twice? Do you think tht fresh ideas would have changed the fact that we conceeded 2 goals that where created because of errors from our defence? Do you think that fresh ideas would have changed the fact that Pippo scored the goal while he was in an off side position? I really don't think so!

There are so many reasons why we are in this crises that we can't even begin to start pointing fingers at individuals. This statrted from the minute Sheva decided to drop his bomb and continued from the moment we where involved in the calciopoli mess, and our management continued to help the situation by not reinforcing the aquad, after all the alert signs from last season

We didn't play that bad with Oliveira in there. He was at least shooting at the goal. Most of what we get is the dramatic fall over from Gilardino or the I wasn't offsides look. At least we imposed some offense on them and came close. We played weaker against weaker teams, so I wasn't as dissappointed.

Totti really out classed our defense. Roma was very creative in setting the two goals up. Those were probably two of the best goals scored on us.

But yes its the same problems we've been talking about almost to the point where I'm tired of even talking about it. Every game its the same complaint and frustration.

I just wish Galliani would come out and quit trying to play it cool like theres nothing wrong and make a statement that there will be changes. That they will go into the transfer markets and get aggressive and develop the next team and cut players who aren't making things happen. Maldini is the only player who gets a pass in my book. Kaka and Pirlo are the only ones who are a shoe in.

And above all for Don Silvio to quit giving us the Ronaldinho and Scheva BS that hes been giving us. Just because Scheva said he would like to come back, doesn't mean he will leave Chelsea to come to Milan. Just because you talked with Ronaldinho's agent doesn't mean he's coming to Milan. Scheva and Ronaldinho will not leave anytime soon. And above all to a club that might not qualify for Europe next season.

Where exactly did Berlusconi state that he was getting us S7 ?!

Common !! Why is it that u cant smell the coffee ?? If Milan was to play next season w/o CL .. Silvio Berlusconi will go ahead with whatever it is he wants to do with HIS club. He isn't asking for a vote from anyone, it's his investment, it's his money, it's his dream.

R10 is the player that Berlusconi has been affiliated with .. Whether he gets him or not; no matter how much we fill this forum with threads and posts about it, it still wont change his mind wink.gif

He's a politician. When he speaks theres a wave of media speculation about what he's going to do. He fans the flame and this Scheva rumour has been around for a while. He knew what he is doing when he spoke about Scheva wants to come back.

Of course its his team it goes without saying, but the world and I can still criticize how he handles his business. And according to the score sheet and the ridiculous transfer market in the summer he deserves to be criticized.

Its some logic if someone says something positive or negative about Silvio to say, hey smell the coffee its team, he'll do what he wants. Silvio is influenced by what the fans, managers, players, politicians, and others want and doesn't just do whatever he wants.

These guys are affiliated with everyone. There has been nothing concrete on the Ronaldinho situation. Theres no indication that Ronaldinho is unsettled or even wants to come to a weak Milan.

Oh oh guys, I don't know if anyobody has already noticed it, but Aquilani was in clear offside in Roma's second goal. I watched it on Milan Channel, he might have been at least 1.5 meters from our last defender, funny how the linesman didn't notice it. There isn't an actual replay of his position anywhere, but I can assure you he was largely offside.

I haven't caught the replays yet on milan channel, did you watch the show where they constantly stop the play and comment on it with the circles and crosses to point out the positioning of the players?? I can't remember what it's called but I'm sure if there was an offside they would have pointed it out in that program, I'll have to try and catch it during this week, even though I think they won't repeat it again.

If this is true (and I have no doubt it is) then I really don't know what to say anymore, they disallowed Pippo's goal when he was offside by a hair, only his leg and an arm where offside, and Roma where allowed a goal that was a CLEAR offside rolleyes.gif

I think I missed studio Milan on Monday, but I'm sure they'll show the replayas again, they have been making compilations of all the "errors" that went against us this season, and they are getting pretty long, if they continue with it for the rest of the season, I'm sure they'll have a 2 hour movie on their hands

Yes .. Criticize as much as u want, my point wasnt on telling u what to do or what to think rolleyes.gif .. My point was purely on the fact that this team is Berlusconi's Milan ! Simple as that.

Go ahead and criticize the 'weak Milan' .. The summer transfer market ..
