yes carlo is responsible, so is pirlo for doing **** all and mnaking a slack pass to seedorf which led to the 2nd goal. it's cuz gila who is a diver and was a ghost like every other gmae he's aplyed in, inzaghi is finished, boriello is hardly serie a quality, where was gourcuff?(bad move from carlo) we dont have a right back. seedorf dint send in one descent cross today( he completed ****** 3 or 4 corners in a row) and oli wasted over half a dozen chances. sorry to say if we had sheva it would be 4-2 for us... hat trick from sheva.

We havent lost to Roma at home since the 80's! I am really worried, because we have lost already 3 games at San Siro and draw against Siena in just 5 or 6 matches we played at home! Last year we won 18 times and drawn once! This is just a dissaster plus we realy don't have any luck - in 11 games we hit 10 or 11 posts!

p.s: Sheva phoned to Berlusconi and said that he would be more than happy to come back!

I don't know where my faith with this club is...I love this club for 15 years...and we had times like this...but so much promise to acheive something especially the last 2 seasons...and dissapointment in the end is really unacceptable....

after the derby I thought the team would wake up...having the coinfidence to score goals... now lately we've found a way to concede goals which is such as bad...

#2 I can't believe it, you sound like a Juve fan yes I'm wound up with the team but I don't go slagging them off name by name! Well guys, the truth is we have a horrible defense. I can't recognise it anymore. Except Nesta, everybody else made a terrible performance, including Paolo. Simic was sleeping the entire time and Jankulovski wasted a lot of crosses, not to mention he left all the way to Taddei on the left flank. Pirlo and Seedorf miss even the easiest passes, our attack shots blanks and Carlo's having a bad time (he should have put Cafu and Gourcuff rather then Inzaghi and Borriello). The only ones not to blame are Dida, Kakà and Brocchi. If the management don't put the hands in their pockets this summer, we're f@cked up. I don't think we can even gain a CL spot, horrific.

Even Nesta was at fault for Totti's first, Nesta is just as bad as the rest of them. Simic isn't a RB as shown tonight although I thought San Paolo played well. We're weak in midfield and attack IMO As much as I try to cover Gila I'm starting to think he's not the right man for us. We've always had good forwards who lead the line but Gila doesn't seem that type of player.
m1ke
This is so annoying. We're better than this, and the thing that makes it worse is that we're playing some really good stuff at times, but can't seem to win the matches.

I'm not sure if transfers are the answer - who could we realistically bring in that can make an instant impact on the team? Carlo needs to get the team back on track and gunning for the CL places, or he'll be placed at the end of the season (in my opinion - even though I want him to stay).

Why is it I get this feeling that the team gave up ?! They didn't show the motivation that Carlo was talking about .. They tried, yes, but I just feel that they are giving up little by little .. It's like a whirlpool !

I'm not sure pointing fingers is the solution at this moment ! Maybe something collective on the part of the team as a whole .. Cuz this is Milan !! Not one w/ Torres or R10 .. It's the one that played tonight ! And it's going to remain the same team till January !

A solution ? I don't think we can come up with one ..

Well, after the Atalanta another great record falls after this match - 19 years (1987) for Roma without a three point win at San Siro against Milan...

Who`s to blame? Carlo? I belive it`s over, the next time we see Milan coming out of the locker room it will be another coach sad.gif ...Thus I don`t belive Carlo is responsible - he managed to work out something different then the last few times by putting Brocchi and Pirlo more behind, especially Pirlo played more on the right today. Oli took the central offensive mid position among with Kaka, while Gila was sort of a lone striker. Å imić was once again on the right.

Milan played with heart, nothing like the Atalanta match, and I think it was a pretty undeserved loss. Two things I wan`t to point out - a) our defense was very week, we didn`t block at all the distance shot positions, and it was just luck that we did not conceed a Stanković-like goal. Especially Nesta is not near to the one I knew some times ago, before that injuries. But would Milan recive the same two goals in 2004 or 2003? Would that be possible? I think no; cool.gif what is going on with our free kicks, corners, etc.? Seedorf makes two exactly equaly bad corners (cross on the first, with no target at all) and then comes Pirlo and makes the same sh@t!? Also, we are so harmless on every free kick position and occasion... mad.gif

Match ratings:

Dida (6.5) - The same thing I said for him after the Atalanta match. Made some brilliant saves, had one isolated goofy pass, could nothing do against doest two Totti goals.

Å imić (6) - did a fair job on the right, managed to get through and make some dangerous crosses, even one shot. Maximum effort, minimum profit.

Nesta (5.5) - once again very dissapointing. In very bad shape.

Maldini (6) - takes a part of the blame for the first goal, but did some solid interceptions, and was occasionally dangerous up front.

Jankulovski (5.5) - made a bloodless performance, defensively very weak, offensively not enough determined and precise.

Brocchi (6.5) - wonderfull goal, seeked for every oppotunity, had some "killer" passes, and made a performance above his standard overall.

Pirlo (5.5) - Not enough present, had some wonderfull passes for the attack, but the FK I mentioned before and his form at this moment fail to impress.

Seedorf (6) - a beautiful shot that hit the crossbar, many good passes and attractive moves, but also that inapprehensible mistake, that cost us in the end. Stupid mistake...

Kaka (6) - good movement, but the finishing was not at the expected level today.

Oliveira (6) - did his best, was dangerous, made some very good shots, also missed a great oppotunity at the beginning. But I could not feel any link or corespondency between him and Gila.

Gilardino (5.5) - Mexes managed to block him out, and the ref was very hard on him. Anything else? No...

subs:
Inzaghi (5.5) - was a bit better than Gila, more involved in the game. One goal anullated.

I got that feeling too. When Brocchi scored they still didn't show the motivation of a winner. It looked like they were pleased with a draw. A solution? Go to the phsyciatrist, that's the only thing that comes to my mind at the moment.

Last season (when we had a top team) I used to blame Carlo. But now, it's not only his fault. Just look at our old, poor and non in-form squad.

Luck, the ref's and that things are just bad loser talk. For example: today we were unlucky about the Seedorf and Oli's shots at the bar. But we were lucky when Totti hit the post too. So, that's not why we are being humiliated in every single Serie A match.

And some of you should stop the "We are Milan" thing, that is going to take us nowhere. It remembers me the R.Madrid problem. "We're Real, the best club in the world... we don't need to run..." Prima-dona team we are (at the moment).

The main problem was the summer-transfers. Who's guilty? The board. The directors. Braida and Galliani who are the "transfers-guru's" (well, they say they are). Just look at Braida now, on vacation in Brazil while R.Madrid close Gago, Marcelo and Higuain deals (today on spanish newspapers).

And yes, like it or not: Milan is in crisis. A predictable crisis.

first things first bigmacmtl quote first then your reply not the other way round!!

now the game
many things were wrong tonight and many things were right. i'm upset it's the first time in 40 years that we have lost 3 serie A games in a row that's major no doubt about it! in patches we passed the ball superbly and looked like the milan of old. we can't seem to sustain these good patches for a prolonged amount of time. our corners were very poor no matter who took them that's basic errors and no side should have that problem! pirlo needs a rest he lacks invention and energy and that's no surprising since last augest he has played 80 games and it's now proving to much. brocchi was excellant and borriello done well in the limited time he had. i can't believe i'm saying this but maldini was at fault for both goals. not completly but partialy. first goal totti was all alone and he was maldini player and for the 2nd goal he allowed totti to get goal side of him which is a cardinal sin for a defender. jankulovski was awful, passing was very poor and his crossing wasn't much better. investment is required the squad is really showing its age now and the winter transfer window isn't as important as the summer 1 . we can forget about trophies this season the C.L is out of our reach with this squad no goals=no results and we can't rely on our defence any more. oli doesn't look like a player who particuly wants to be here so we can't include him in the furture plans. and according to the english press today torres is close to signing for man.utd so forget him to! great work will have to be done by don silvio and i believe that coach carlo deserves a chance with some new players so we will have to just think 1 game ahead as we can't expect more than to keep our serie A status we have had seasons like this before in our past and np doubt will endure them again but experiences like this should make us all stronger for the next time we suffer so until then FORZA MILAN biggrin.gif

If I lost hope, I'd be out partying, not coming back to the form bringing the same $hit every time we play and loose, Its so predictable !! ... Probably thats the best advice u'll get : Go out, have some fun, don't bring all this negativity in here (and I mean this literally, no offence) .

Our players lack of motivation, let me name some: Paolo (I'm sorry, but I think 20 years of professional football are enough, and he's old), Simic, Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf, Oliveira and so on. Our management made a terrible signing campaign. They should stop hiding behind the fact of the scandal. Look at Fiorentina, they were more involoved than us but they planned their signings and now they're not in a crisis like ours. We should make a clean up of the squad for the next season, get rid of those who don't want/like to win anymore with this shirt and rely our trust on youngsters with prospective, who are hungry of trophies. That's our main problem, motivation. And with Carlo being there, things get worse. Damn, I think he's a great coach but he doesn't motivate the players enough, fact.

Yes I know, but do we need to mention that story after every single defeat? C`mm on, give me some creativity...I mean, Milan don`t plays for Kaka, they play for the club and the fans. And the fans also chear for Milan! So if Kaka has to leave, it won`t be the first neighter the last good player we have sold. This is shameful.

At least we played better than usual ... and I saw Brocchi score a distant shot twice in 4 days !! I can rest in peace now ...

Kaka was the worst player of the field ... Pirlo is better than he was at the start, Seedorf was lame once again and he gave Roma their second goal.

As for the first one ... Nesta's mistake ?? What are you guys talking about ? He couldn't shove the ball up his @ss neither he's Copperfield to make it disappear ... the f@cking ball was in the air for 5 seconds and noone even thought to make a move to mark down Taddei !!
