QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 8 2014, 02:50 PM) I highly doubt we'll sell De Jong. I wouldn't put anything past Galliani at this point. And if the Spanish media are right about Song, then what would be the point, we're up to our ears in DMs. Song, De Jong, Muntari and Essien (okay, the last 2 don't actually count as capable players but they're still bodies and wages to be paid, and not cheap either). So for me, if we do get Song, I think it's an indication that we'll sell De Jong

QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Aug 8 2014, 06:59 AM) Football Italia says the link with Armero is held up coz of wages. He is on 1.3 million a year, and we've offered him 1.5 million. He apparently wants 3 million! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Read this earlier as well... He can go f<ak himself! QUOTE (han2503 @ Aug 8 2014, 08:40 AM) Give us 12m for Zapata and they can take him
Spanish press saying that we've agreed a deal with Barca to take Song on loan.
Probably means that we're about to sell De Jong to United if this happens... Selling De Jong would be really bad for us. Not sure Song would make sense either... I mean he is an upgrade to Essien & Muntari, but considering we haven't heard anything regarding either of them leaving as yet, I think it's unnecessary.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 8 2014, 03:28 PM) I haven't read anything about Song on Mediaset or Gazzetta. Which Spanish media is reporting it? I think it was Marca

QUOTE (Danny @ Aug 8 2014, 04:38 PM) In the past two or three days Lopez, Armero, Taarabt, Song linked to San Siro.
Ok, it's not James, Bale and Ronaldo but added to Constant & Robinho's departures and coupled on top of Alex & Menez it's not TOO bad.
This Milan is not in the market the top clubs are, and we need to accept that. We're fighting for a EL spot next season and that's the quality of player we're after.
Until Silvio sells up this is the way it's staying. Thing is, none of them have actually been signed, it's the usual rumours of us dancing around the expected fees/wages issue. I don't think we should be giving either Lopez or Armero the wages they're demanding (4m and 3.5m respectively)

QUOTE (TriniKing_CE @ Aug 8 2014, 05:59 PM) Amero medical supposedly on Monday.
Rumors of Dzemaili, Lopez & Taarabt continue.
Sportsmediaset says that after all the exits so far in this window, Milan have freed about €20m. And still have not made one signing where we spent actual money, 2 free agents that the jury is still out on and a loan for a backup FB... Dzemaili is not what we need, he's in the Muntari region of the spectrum
