Good for us. But why get rid of Cassano? Isn't he pure gold and we were dumb to send him to Inter? Is this stupidity spreading like a disease?

I don't think it was a bad deal and last season proved me right. Cassano is a total head case. It's also the cool thing to do not like finishers for whatever reason, unless their name is Inzaghi.

Yeah Moratti must have lost it, just as Galliani last summer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif)

Oh and the logic around here would say Cassano would bring them 15-20MM, Moratti must be smoking from Galliani's stash hah.

People on here massively overrate some of our players.

Cassano was very important for Inter this season, the fact that he had trouble off the pitch is neither here nor there as he never had those issues with us.

Yet again, important decision-makers seem to agree that it's best getting rid of him, sooner rather then later and almost at any cost.

But my main point has always been that he never had trouble with anyone at Milan, not with Allegri, not with Galliani or with any of his teammates.

And my biggest gripe was about the fact that not only did we give him to a direct rival but paid them 7m for Pazzini when Cassano is obviously the better player, maybe not better in the head, but as I said above we never had any issues with him

Better or not is very relative. Pazzini had a very good season with us.

And how do you know he had no problems with any teammates for sure?

The main point I'm saying is for some reason managements want to get rid of him at any cost, even with losses. Sampdoria released him, Milan handed him over in the fashion you described, now Inter is doing the same. This pattern makes me think it's not insanity or just a bad deal.

He did have problems with our management, that's why he wanted to leave.(because we sold our stars and didn't keep our promises).

Glad they signed him. Why on Earth would we want a wage-eating cancer who hasn't played well in over 2 years? Juve did us a huge favour.
