Paolo stayed in Milan for 2-3 years, and if the management was serious they'd have tied him with a small/large role within the team. At the very least he can fix and elevate our defense to a much higher level. Instead the bald one plans on giving nothing players (in terms of transferring their experience to the younger generation) like Inzaghi and Gattuso roles within the club. (IMG:

They've had different strengths in their playing days, that does not necessarily translate to being good or technical coaches.
