Even better, Boateng behind the strikers...

Had it been Pirlo behind the strikers, Boateng in the midffle and Flamini in for Rino the line-up would be redeemable

This guy is obviously blind or just refuses to see how bad some players are... His post-match comments after the Samp game said it all, the fact that he didnt make changes coz he thought the team was doing well and he didnt want to upset the 'balance' just shows how clueless he is.
There is no point playing Pirlo of Gatusso is going to play because at least before when Rino lost the ball there was Ambro to pick up some of the pieces, but now Pirlo is there and he will get stuck cleaning up after Rino's mistake and be totally wasted.

Have just seen the line up... Thank God there is no Seedorf, that alone makes me extremely happy. But Boateng as trequartista is a mistake for me. And poor Flamini, how frustrated would you be if you were in great form and get benched for someone clearly worse than you.

Looks like Abate has been told to sit higher up the field which I like because it brings him into the game more and maybe he can practice some crossing.

Great start. Now Brescia will try to attack instead of sitting behinf and it will open more space for us.

That play shows KPBs lack of creativity.. that was an easy through ball but managed to give it straight to the defender.

Boateng is really not the man to be playing behind the strikers. I've already seen2 occasions were he could have easily fead the strikers and he puts in a heavy pass
