Argentina player in acting like a total **** shocker.

There's obviously been worse kicks, but FIFA need to just start telling players that if you hit/kick someone like that then we'll let the police decide what action should be taken. You can't go around kicking people, especially someone not even playing, just because you're a pro footballer.

So, the Confed Cup starts tomorrow, and Italy play Mexico the next day. According to Mediaset, Prandelli will play a 4-3-2-1 formation with Marchisio and Giaccherini as AMs behind Balotelli.

Thank god I'm not even a great advocate of football these days but there's literally nothing else to watch sport wise at the moment. Aside of reruns of the NBA/NHL as I only really stay up for the NFL season these days otherwise I'd never get any sleep (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Brazil with a fairly comprehensive victory last night, Spain-Uruguay could be pretty good tonight.

I expected more from Japan (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) but I have to admit Brazil looked better compared to 5-6 games ago (whenever those were). but the first real test for Brazil will be Italy and I find it hard to imagine that they stand any chance against Spain.

And even if they win people will say - "ah, it's only the Confederations Cup, Spain didn't even try"...

They played some really nice stuff in the first half at times but ultimately just fizzled out as the game went on.
