Leo lost the dressing room and the fans faith. It will take a miracle back to back winning streak for him to gain it back. I doubt he will be given more chances, he will be given the boot if he looses again.

Oh c'mon...if Sacchi's coming back...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

If Sacchi comes there will be no MvB like Tennie said. I just hope it won't be Gullit! I think we should just let Sacchi pick a coach.

I'd be happy with that or, if he was available, Prandelli.

without funds to freshen the squad i'm not sure much will change.. no matter what coach they bring on board, ofcourse i'll be happy to have a very experienced dude on the bench but to toss leo out when he neither got funds nor the players he wanted/needed ain't fair.

I want MvB for the training, Sacchi for the tactics, Prandelli for the substitutions and Spalletti for the weird grimaces on the bench! Oh and Ancelotti to feed and pick up the poop of Seedorf!

STUPID MANAGEMENT!

Management can choose to make all the right decisions at this point.
Revamp the youth squad!
Bring in an experienced coach!
Bring in World Class Players!
Take us back to the TOP!

...And I will be proud and give them credit!

But I will always remeber what they did prior to that by dragging our club's name through the mud!
And for that reason I hold them largely responsible for the situation which we are in right now!

Every new match I feel more and more for our beleaguered boss. He should never have been appointed, with the financial increase and his ego causing him to say yes. But without a single day's coaching to his name, while plenty of us fans had misguided optimism about him as manager, looking to the Guardiola model as a template, not even the most pessimistic Rossoneri could have seen us sink this badly. Scraping a draw against a 10 man Atalanta who outplayed us for large spells?

While this Milan squad is ageing and nowhere near the Inters, Barcas, Man Utds and Real Madrids of this world, it is still much, much better than 11th place in Serie A.

The players appear to like Leonardo as a bloke but don't trust him at all as manager, and who can blame them - his coaching is poor and misguided, with him trying out different combinations constantly and none of them working.

I don't think it's a fair bet that a new coach is the solution to every problem we have, but Leonardo's nowhere near the man to sort out this club. Privately he completely knows this. As someone said in this thread, he's not the man to save us when we're in this perilous situation.

Milan need a new coach as soon as possible to sort this shambles out - and try and inch us towards that 4th spot which we're miles off achieving as things stand. Long term, more is needed, but for this season, a new coach is imperative.

The problem is not that Leo's lost the dressing room or the fans' faith. It's that he never had either in the first place, and now we're seeing why.

f*ck berlusconi, f*ck galliani. we had gourcuff damn it! we had viudez too. now we play with a terrible midfield with no flair, we'll still do averagely well in defence, going forward we just lack players with imagination

our midfield play- gattuso wins the ball-passes to pirlo- pirlo unsuccessfully tries to dribble his way forward but he's double teamed, he passes to gattuso who can't do anything but pass back to pirlo- now pirlo's again uncomfortable so he passes to ambrosini- ambrosini thinks he's c.ronaldo& starts to make a lousy run forward.. we loose the ball& BAM, our GK's picking it outta the net.

obviously so wrong, yet some idiots who sit in the director's box with IMO the best view ,game after game after game after game still come out quite regularly to say our team is good enough.
they f*cking need their heads tested.

Leo never really had the locker room from day one. He was a lame duck the instant he took the job.

Add to that a substandard squad and an owner who wouldn't invest a nickel for a gumball and you've got a dead-end situation. I wouldn't be surprised if his cold today were due to stress.
