(You believe something published by The Sun and then presumably copied by goal.com? That's like the National Enquirer quoting something People Magazine printed.)

The so-called quotes one sees in The Sun are - correct me if I'm way wrong, UK guys - more often than not the product of the imagination of the writer. In other words, NOT credible.

They're worse. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) See if you can ever get hold of a print copy of one of them, Blue, and you'll see. Any paper that has a naked girl on page 3 every day...should probably not be taken seriously.

Post whatever you like, Blue. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Even if it's from a source some may consider unreliable, there may be entertainment value in it if nothing else! (I really don't care where you get the stories from. Honest. That said, some sources are more reliable than others. The English tabloids, in general, just aren't reliable.)

QUOTE (Tennie @ Mar 30 2009, 01:57 PM) Post whatever you like, Blue. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Even if it's from a source some may consider unreliable, there may be entertainment value in it if nothing else! (I really don't care where you get the stories from. Honest. That said, some sources are more reliable than others. The English tabloids, in general, just aren't reliable.) So then my question is, why question my beliefs on the validity of the sources? If I post them, that means I must have some belief in what they are saying, does it not? It may mean you do, but it doesn't mean I have to. I'm perfectly within my rights to comment on whether or not I think a source is or is not reliable. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
