QUOTE (whoarethepatriots @ Mar 23 2009, 07:42 PM) *
If we do make a move for Kjaer, i can see our stupid board and their greedy owner swapping Darmian, Paloschi and half of Albertazzi, plus a stupid figure like £14m

We cannot negotiate anymore, and Palermo (read Zamparini) know how to f^ck people over

That would really be a s-t-u-p-i-d thing.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

QUOTE (Channel 4)
No Milan move for Kjaer
Monday 23 March, 2009
The agent of Palermo defender Simon Kjaer has ruled out a summer switch to Milan.

Kjaer is hot property at the moment and there have been rumours that he could arrive at San Siro as part of the Rossoneri's defensive restructuring.

However, representative Mikkel Beck, who was a Danish international in the 1990s, has dismissed transfer talk.

“Milan aren't interested in Kjaer and I will repeat that Simon will be staying at Palermo for next season because he is happy,” he told MelitoOnline.it.

“Aried Braida was seen at the Chievo-Palermo game? There were lots of players there. I really think Simon will stay put.”

Kjaer, who is just 19 years of age, joined Palermo from FC Midtjylland last year and has been called into the Danish squad after impressing at the Stadio Renzo Barbera.

As (Spanish paper) is reporting that Milan will sell Borriello and Gourcuff to buy Kanoute from Sevilla. Take it as you will.

Mediaset is reporting that Roma is having serious financial issues and that if they don't make the CL, there'll be a sell off (including, probably, Mexes to Milan).

Don't think it's a real story, cmf. 'As' is known to be...really unreliable. They were behind the Kaka to Madrid rumors the other year, for example.

Bring him back. He's 10x the treqqie for our formation that Seedorf is. If we must insist on playing Zee as sole treqqie that is.

Since you mentioned Seedorf's exit, Reports out of Juve say they want a straight-up Trez vs Sleepdorf. This is probably to have a cannon-legged midfielder to serve as a stop gap till they are fully committed to giopicollo.

this is unbeliveable, kanoute is not so better than boriello that we need to sell Yoan too. We need Yoan for the next season, he have played a great season in france and i think he is totally ready to replace seedorf and make our new younger midfield with flamini, kaka and maybe rino us a experienced one, with R80, Pirlo, Ambro and maybe also Janku to use everyone in a rotation. Its a midfield of 8 great players and i think this is enough and we must spend nothing, maybe we can also sign Obi Mikel (contract expiring at the end of the season) and that will be a really great midfield... So we can concentrate on the defense and attack and make a great milan again with mexes, maxwell and maybe some other defender to win everything... it's not easy but is not unreal, Spend 20M for Mexes, retain Yoan, Buy some great striker for 30M, 8 for maxwell Obi mikel 0... it's 60M, we will be in champions league so we can do that....

Well, the rumors are that MIlan are after (variously) Clichy, Alex, Mexes. The Kanoute thing is still bubblign along but given that the first article appeared in As, I'm really skeptical.

AC Milan Plans for the Summer

We really have to bring back Abate and Gourcuff...so that when Abate plays milan would realise that they need Beckham and Beckham wouldn't have to come bak or what not b/c he plans on doing dat

Thanks for posting that link, kenny. I'm not so sure that the write of the article really knows what he's talking about, but I do agree with you that Abate should be recalled.
