I wish we go for Akinfeev or Kameni. Akinfeev would not be cheap but everyone is aware of his potential, while Kameni is a good keeper (IMO) and could come for free this summer, if he doesn't renew.
Marchetti.. I don't really know how good he is but I feel he will turn out another Storari for us. |

I would rather us by a good replacement than go through replacing goal keepers every 2 seasons. |

Akinfeev was really good at the Euros so perhaps his bad performance at the Villa Park was a one-off. and remember, he's really young. few goalkeepers have been this good at 22.

If this story is to be believed, the new guy shouldn't just walk in here and be the first or second goalie right off the bat. He has to earn his stripes. Plus, he'll (hopefully) have a well-experienced veteran in Dida teaching him the ropes, shoes that our favorite follicularly-challenged fascistic journeyman likely couldn't fill.
