Welcome to the duck! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Given that Maldini's retiring, we definitely do need 1 centerback -- possibly 2, depending on Nesta's recuperation.

Bruno alves, Porto anywone?
other then that i don't want to see alot of signings unless we get another Thiago Silva with the gourcoff money.
we have the young depthh we need and an Arsenal-esque off-season would not even bother me. I think we should pickup some young propects like jiuve did a while back with De ceglie, Cricito, Palladino, Marchiso and so on and become sellers.
This would be a good and pro-slovenian off-season IMO lol

OUT
Maldini
Sheva
kaladzhe
Viudez and/or cardaccio (on loan/transfer+cash) for the udinese players)
Explore selling Ambro, Nesta.
Gourcoff (he's out of our hands but a good source of 15M)

Purchases

Zapata - Udinese
Handancovic - Udinese
Senderos (retain if unexpensive (sub 8M))
Bruno Alves - Porto

Streches
K9-Palmeiras Pato/Kerrison up front anyone?

Milivoje Novakovic-Cologne (17 goals in 30 games for a terrible team and 3 goals in 6 matches for slovenia) a Constant hustler and leader, makes people around him better. a Tall target with great finishing ability to ensure if Boriello goes down we are covered (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Sportitalia has run a speculative piece on Milan's market strategy. No clue as to how accurate it may be. Here are the highlights:

* A lot depends on whether or not Ancelotti stays or goes.
* Cardacio, Viudez, and Darmian to go on loan.
* Mattioni to Udinese on loan.
* Oddo to return and hopefully a good sale somewhere for him will be found.
* Trying to get Maldini to stay one more year for the homegrown player quota and because valid alternatives are pretty hard to find.
* Antonini to stay.
* Abate possibly to return but that depends on Ancelotti.
* Shevchenko to leave.
* Doubts as to whether Ronaldinho will stay - this depends on Berlusconi.
* 1 year extension for Favalli.

Get rid of Ancelotti, Seedorf and Ronaldinho and everything will be alright!

And NO Maldini won't stay for any quota, we HAVE TO promote our youngsters sooner or later!!

i am not anti yoan at all my good sir, Just that We are not in control over what happens with him anymore. The ball is in Bordeaux's court and for 15M to get the best player in la Ligue 1 is pretty much a guarantee.

Welcome to superpippo.(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Even if I do disagree with you about Abate -- he's pretty much been the only Toro player to do well, and he's also done quite well for the U21s.

Tevez has one of those funky ownership things where his rights are owned by his agent. That makes me a bit hesitant.

I hope Tevez joins Inter. They deserve each other IMO.

As for Milan's transfer plans - I hope we can find Oddo a suitable team, but his performances for Bayern showed he's not at his best; Seedorf will stay I hope and get used to his role as a backup.

Is that going to be his future role?
