Apparently Pierluigi Collina will referee this game.

Here's a photogallery of the game (Milan won 2-0): http://www.sportmediaset.it/calcio/photoga...llery1839.shtml
Fishdoll feels especially nostalgic looking at picture #9. Here's a clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGZeukQybeI |

Just rewatched the highlights.
Right now, Fishdoll would take Galli back in goal and would really think hard about drafting the backline in too -- watch how disciplined they are in defense -- really impressive. |

It's really awesome that these guys do these events. I've never heard of anything like it before.

(from today) The event today was for a foundation that's been set up to do research into sudden cardiac arrest among athletes. There were 60,000 people at the Bernabeu to watch the game. FT Real 4-3 Milan (text play by play on milannews if you want to go look). Milan's goals by Simone and Rui Costa (2). This is the first time I remember a bunch of the Milan guys participating -- Weah, Lentini, Papin, Cafu, Rui Costa, etc. Wish I could've seen the game (it wasn't televised here in the US). |

I know this is the wrong thread to mention this, but for Christ's sake, lighten up on us non-mods being able to open new threads in News.
Anyway, George Weah is getting the biopic treatment, to be directed by none other than Dermot Mulroney. http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertain...occer-star.html |
