Carlo is being very vague with his words. On one hand he's saying that it's not certain that Sheva may arrive and on the other he's saying that it's not certain that Milan's mercato would closed if Sheva does arrive. I think if the Sheva deal does happen (still skeptical over the whole thing myself) then that's the final EU slot occupied. So our options are limited. The talk of the Standardo Brocchi switch with Lazio has died down, but I'm hoping that this is the one that happens, Standardo is a good defender not great but solid, I think he's better then Kovac and he's a really tall physical player something we haven't had in our defence since Stam left.
