No. I'm not with him. The entire formation was lop-sided, players had little pre-season training, and many of our attackers were out. We played defenders in midfield positions. We had a defensive midfielder as a striker. You can't fault our players because they were playing in awkward positions.

There is proof that Milan could be buying Ivanovic for example. I have posted sources regarding Ivanovic, and how there are representatives for Milan in London.

It is just a rumor as I stated.

It's simply a rumor from a questionable source. But the sale of Simic could finance a move for another defender.

The Simic thing is on goal.com and does not cite sources -- there's no reason to think it's anything more than the fantasy of the article-writer.

There is no actual proof that Milan are interested in buying Ivanovic, for that matter. Nobody associated with Milan has said 'This is a player that interests us', for example. I gave you proof... whether you want to call it speculation is your opinion. It's not simply speculation. There is some concrete information on this, and there are representatives in London. This could be done more quietly because Juventus potentially would get involved in a possible bidding war.

I gave several sources, and they are reputable (besides that one regarding goal.com). But I do not state them as fact. I will not be careful when stating my opinion (and people who have seen what I've said on goal.com know that).

Wow. This is not accurate at all. Clarence Seedorf started as a central midfielder, and was only pushed forward by Ancelotti. Since Ronaldinho is here, he will go back to being a central midfielder. He's not a forward. It's not about making the front line seem more equipped. It has nothing to do with that. In a 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1 formation you don't need anymore than 4 strikers. Your ideas on Galliani are inaccurate. He is a shrewd person, when it comes down to it gets transfers done. When Inter failed to even get Frank Lampard, Galliani and Braida undertook a variety of transfer seasons. Our defense has only been questionable this last season. In terms of how many goals we conceded, it similar to the others. We didn't really concede a ton of goals last season if you think of it. We had many draws which did hurt us nonetheless. On top of that, it was the first half of the season that hurt us, not the second half. In fact from the top four, we had the best second half of the season. We have a rejuvenated midfield, and I'm confident a young defender will be signed.

All I actually see from this post is that you're not even reading what I'm saying. When exactly were Seedorf and Kaka listed as forwards? Middle of 06/07 season when we were so short on strikers that Galliani started referring to both players as such. You should be the one to get your facts straight. Seedorf had his best seasons here while playing in the midfield 3 next to Pirlo and Gattuso he was never an attacking mid and if you remember correctly he failed at Inter when he was played in that position. And Seedorf in these last 2 years besides some great games in the CL against Man U and Bayern has always been mediocre in that position.

Galliani has lost out on numerous transfer is the past so don't think he's the master of the transfer market, let's not forget the Ibra, Suazo and Zambrotta cases that have happened in the recent past. And Galliani has been feeding the fans BS for these last 3 years. Like I said, he's comfirmed HIMSELF that Milan will not make anymore transfers and for the defence we have Ambrosini who can play there and next thing you'll see is Ambrosini being listed as a defender on the official site. Like I said Galliani thinks that fans are stupid enough to fall for his cr@p but the facts are that Seedorf is not a forward and neither is Ambrosini is a defender

We conceeded easy goals from set pieaces or mistakes in defence that should never happen because we don't have enough quality center backs unless Nesta is there. And on top of that we were not scoring gaols, that is why we were so far behind. And the fact that we were the best team after the winter break does not matter since in the end we are still in the UEFA Cup.

We never bought a quality defender? The game against Chelsea was A STUPID FRIENDLY. I say get over it already and stop harping on about it. The formation was awkward. Nor was it expected that Kaka would be out again.

There was probably considerations not taking him. It wouldn't be worth it at all. There are other games to think about, and who cares about a Russian tournament that means absolutely nothing to us? Not only that the game was in Russia. Not like England or something. It's not as close as you think.

This friendly is no indication because WE WERE MISSING A TON of our players. Two of our key players were not even in Europe. This friendly is no indication of anything. England starts its season weeks before we start ours, and started their training before ours (this is just obvious because we start later). It is NO surprise to me that our defense did not do well, because they have not as much training as Chelsea did before this. Kaladze will do better when we get another defender. He, like Clarence Seedorf, steps up the game when there is competition.

Chelsea were only a week and a half before us in their preparations. Kaladze was never good enough and he showed that again against Chelsea where he gifted Anelka 2 goals after coming in. And he never steps up in big games, he just always has Nesta covering for his mistakes. And what does getting another defender have to do with Kaladze improving from being cr@p?

We played a stupid lop-sided formation. We're not up to standard? Says who? We faced two top quality teams in Italy with more of our players and we did just fine.
