Yayy...the magpies. After all his talk about how newcastle would want to be in his position. So much for Spurs and Jol.

Spurs are losing 3-1 to Newcastle, Martin Jol is trying to hide under his cap.

I bet you are enjoying every moment of it. The arch rivals are down (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

So, yeah it's all rain and sun at the moment..(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Strange how Milan and Arsenal are almost always reversed in terms of success.
1998, Arsenal win the double, Milan finish 10th.
1999 Milan win the league, the scum from Manchester take the treble...
2007, Arsenal don't win ANYTHING, Milan saves the season by winning the CL.

We've had two great moments, though.
2003: You take the CL, we take the FA Cup, and who can forget Inter 1-5 Arsenal.
And of course, the dream that was 2004...except the CL, that is.

Well, I'm watching the Spurs UEFA Cup game with Getafe and there was some news at half time;

Apparently Martin Jol has agreed severance terms with Spurs and Juande Romas, of Sevilla, has agreed to take over! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

I was expecting it, just not so fast.

Ok...so Ramos to Spurs. (makes a mental note to watch the Arsenal-Spurs derby). Jol to Ajax??

And what about Sevilla? Enough of a challenge for Jose?

Oh and...

BUY BALLACK!!!

If we do..I promise not to ask for Keira Knightley this XMas.... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif)

Nope they decided to terminate the contract by mutual consent. Which means he's being paid a lot to leave.

So what ... Their new manager needs time, something like a couple of months to get the team on their feet

ITV has announced this as 'official' just now on commentary: Martin Jol handed in his resignation before kick-off today.

They didn't say anything about the Ramos rumours being true or anything.
