If we have to take a Manchester United striker, could we possibly get Giuseppe Rossi? Him, I like. He's got huge potential. (though he's not high profile enough to be the mystery man)

He seems good. He said earlier this season that he's a Rossoneri fan and it'd be a dream come true if he ever played for Milan!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If Carlo even lets it cross his mind that we should get Rooney, I should call him and say my dad's available to play, he's no worse and a hell of alot cheaper.

England will prove over the next week or so that without Rooney in the squad, we're so much better. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Agreed all he does is take up space up front and then complains to the ref. I hate that guy what a whiner i would be pissed if he came. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Rooney is a great SS with a lot of potential. It takes a smart manager to use him to his full potential. And don't forget how friggin young he is. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

The big surprise will be from Inter no doubt (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Will it be Ibrahimovic?
Will it be Luis Figo? (A freebie, Gallianis speciality (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Or......

even Javier Zanetti?

Ah we've tried too many times, we need to buy an attacker who is not just potential but is proven world class. Otherwise we are going to end up with the same situation as Oliveira and Gilar all over again.

I figured it out: JOSE ANTONIO REYES !

He has said he won't go back to London, and Real don't want to keep him. I have no doubt, it's Reyes!

Carletto can change the system, that's not an impossibility. besides Reyes can play as a striker too. But I think you're right. He's not the type of player we need.
